If you are expecting a digital certificate, you should have received it by now.

If you are expecting a physical certificate and pin, and are in the US, please let us know if you haven't received it by Nov. 15 (if you live in another part of the world, please let us know if you haven't received your package by Nov. 30).

We want to make sure each of you receives and is happy with their reward, so don't hesitate to get in touch if there's an issue.
