June Wrap-Up (Patreon)

What a month! June went by fast, and lots happened, so here's an update on the state of MSB. 

- June 1 saw our first episode of Season 2, covering Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. In all we released 5 regular episodes of the podcast, covering episodes 1-4 of Zeta.

- We recorded and released our first "MSB After Dark" bonus episode: "Very-ations." Thom put together a slideshow of mobile suit designs from Mobile Suit Variations, and friend-of-the-podcast Allie joined Nina in getting tipsy and discussing them. "MSB After Dark" episodes are unrated, uncensored bonus episodes (no bleeps!), and we may do more of them as fun topics come up in the show.

- The first round of Season 1 merch packs went out: Patrons at the $25 level will get one of these per-season, and those at the $10 level will get one when they have been subscribed for 1 year. This were very fun to put together, and we are already brainstorming ideas for season 2 t-shirts, cards, and other goodies.

- Whether it's making it to season 2 or the popularity of Zeta, patron growth was our best yet this month: $175 in new and increased pledges, and 33 new patrons! We made it to our first goal of $1000 per month, and have ordered a bunch of new recording equipment for our studio. 

We can't wait to get deeper into Zeta this coming month, and have some special plans for later in the summer as we get closer to Mobile Suit Breakdown's 1st Birthday!
