What I just wrote violated the 1950 rule. How about a discussion of instances prior to 1950 when merchant and naval fleets were allowed to run down and sufficient infrusture didn't exist with which to built and maintain naval and merchant fleets.

Roundtable: Why was the Bismarck the greatest bestest swellest ship ever.

Brian Reddeman

Has a warship ever been lost to enemy action because the crew was drunk?

Maybe you all can collaborate when the USS NJ is in dry dock and we can see how the dry dock is going, surprises and setbacks.

Rob Smith

A collab? Most certainly. Subject? The importance of small ships right the way back when

Reichsbierminister

A collab on the development and evaluation of battle reports and if possible also the development of actions taken in context of their evaluation would be really nice, alone for the USN during ww2

How do you think the pacific war, and WW2 in general, would have been different if the USN Mark 14 torpedoes were 90% effective at the beginning of the war, instead of the other way around?

frank bodenschatz

Of you should. Pick a subject, torpedoes US & Japanese, but I think both you and Ryan should visit Japan and tour what they have over there for you both to get I to and produce oodles of videos from. Separate go fund me accounts from the normal ones.

Rodney McCoy

Well, in honor of visit to America, how about a deep dive into US British relationships, as it pertained to naval considerations beginning in 1940 and how they evolved over the course of WW2.
