$18 Tier is CLOSED. No more merch tier for this year (Patreon)
Content
As I announced it last week. The merch tier is closing for the rest of this year. This means:
- If you were an $18 Patreon, you will no longer receive monthly Merch after my next shipment ( March )
- you can either downgrade or cancel your membership. Do this if you don't want to be charged $18 next month by Patreon!Use this link to modify your pledges: https://www.patreon.com/pledges
- You can also stay a $18 if you don't mind it. I appreciate the extra support. But it's not mandatory!
- Last merch is February's merch. That's being shipped at the end of March (or maybe on April) If you leave the tier right now, don't worry, your name is already on the list for this last drop.
Some common questions:
- Will you sell again these cards? I missed some of them and I want to get them.
Yes. Not inmediatly and not throught Patreon. But I plan to do re-prints of these cards and sell them through a bundle in the future.
- I haven't receive previous month's cards. What about this?
I always encourage waiting as the post office can be slow sometimes. But if you haven't receive a previous month merch, you are entitled to a refund. Send me a DM if this is the case. If you don't want a refund. I will provide a discount code when I launch the re-prints. Still ,send me a DM if you are worried about your merch.
- I am an international Patreon. What about me?
After my last shipment for February's design ( working on it! ) I will put my focus on international shipping. And also the re-prints.
If you have any other questions. Drop me a message, leave a comment here or hit me up at Discord!
A little note about February's Design...
I am still working it! But I am running late. So shipping could happen between the last week of March or first weeks of April. I will keep you posted! Thank you for being patient.
Some lessons learned...
This tier has been quite a success. I've enjoyed making the products and the response has been great. I am very happy for everyone who has received their merch to share their happiness. But there is the other side... around a 5% of cases where people haven't received their merch on time or the stuff never arrived. That part is quite stressing and leaves an bad feeling to this operation.
As a lesson learned. In the future I will use a different website to sell my merch. A personal using something like Shopify probably. where I can offer better buying and shipping experience. With tracking being a must. And perhaps allow Patreons to have access to exclusive items and discounts.
As always. Thank you all for your support. I feel very grateful every day for you. I apologize for the lack of art as I am traveling right now, but I hope I can fix that in march as I will be arriving at Buenos Aires, Argentina, and staying there for a longer time.
