Good Bye 2020, thank you for so much! (Patreon)

I know it may seem weird for me to thank 2020, being such a terrible year for almost everyone around the world.

But I am ending this year feeling so grateful in general. This year I have experienced growth in many ways: as an artist with my Moika animations, as a "business" with the success of this Patreon, and as a husband and as a father, and I gained a few extra pounds (not so good there D: )

I wish this could be an update post for my music video, but I can't do that, because over the last two weeks I've been working on something different, something that will help me a lot in 2021:

A brand new studio

Many of you know that at the beginning of this year, I, my wife, and my kid came to Perú to visit family, but then corona attacked and all borders shut down. So we had to stay here for the rest of the year. Luckily, we had a place to stay, with my wife's parents. It was not in the best conditions, but as long as I had my computer and my tools, I was ok with it. In a way, I feel like I will miss it, because a lot of things were accomplished here.

So for a whole year, I've been working in this room. But making plans for 2021, and knowing that we will probably stay in here for another year, I decided to recondition my workplace for a better and more productive environment. And 14 days ago, work started.

New walls and new ceiling! Painting was next

Got some nice black curtains too.

And a cozy furniture for my most precious tool: the coffee machine!

With the main problem solved. I got a little more ambitious and I decided to also improve some of my tools.

A good ergonomic/trackball mouse for my drawing hand.

A better chair!

My bathroom was also fixed!

And this big fan! Because it's summer here and man it's getting hot...

With all of that, and only missing some new and better looking doors, I can finally show you with a lot of joy my new workplace.

This project was made possible thanks to your support. I promise you that in 2021 I will keep working hard to make more animations. Starting with the completion of this music video! and then who knows that other projects I will tackle.
