Concepts are <Dog + Bird> <Capable maid> <Victorian style maid> <Sexy without revealing>
The kikimora, the maid species perfectly performs housework, service and sleeping with her master.
The origin of kikimora is a kind of fairy helping hard workers, which appears in Russian folklore. There are different stories for their appearance. The one is like chimera, which has the face of the wolf, the beak and legs of the bird and the body of the bear. Another one has appearance of an old woman, and the other looks like a little girl and so on.
I decided the design, mixing the bird and the dog in early, so the joint like bird legs
as shown in early rough sketch above. On the other hand, the finished illustration has soft impression. The early kikimora has a concept "Perfect housemaid". For that reason, she was a little bit harsh girl like the anubis. I choose the Victorian style of the maid costume without hesitation to make her neat and clean. Note that I also love the French maid costume! Let's have her wear it as part of the costume play! (suggestion)
Next rough sketch was almost completed. To give more neat and clean expression, she wears a mob cap instead of the headband. The design of other parts such as accessories was also almost fixed.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
As such, finish! Victorian style with the mob cap give peaceful expression and clasps represent a heart shape casually. I took the bird's feathers in for the design of the cuffs. She wears light blue ribbons and feathers, which are not to be gaudy. A brooch and buttons use bird's beak and eyes as motifs.
I was committed to her small boobs to emphasize the shape. I also worked hard for expression of creases on clothes!
Her hair style was inspired by the dog as she has dog's ears. I designed her tail mixing the dog's one and bird's one. The design of her legs looks like the boots that are covered by scales. Overall, I paid attention to make her elegant and fluffy for painting. BTW, I had a hard time for the broom. lol
