Discord Integration Error (Patreon)

Hello everybody!

For those of you who have an integrated Discord account, you may have noticed a new server appear on your account. That's because I began to integrate server roles into my new server, which ended up causing Patreon to invite every existing patron.

Massively sorry for the confusion and inconvenience!
