(My asnwer is quite long, but I figured it might be helpful) Noristoshi Kamo is the man that the brain guy possessed over 150 years ago. That's the name most sorcerers know him by. He was in Kamo's body when he fathered Choso, which is why Choso has the blood manipulation curse technique as it is the herediteray curse technique of the Kamo clan. He is now in Geto's head and as seen in chapter 143, he was in the head of Yuji's mom beforehand. Therefore, Yuji's mommy is Choso's daddy, lmao. Some struggle in grasping this, but they really are brothers. When the brain guy takes over a body, he becomes part of it, which is how he was able to get pregnant and give birth to Yuji. It's like how Toji was reanimated and took over. How even when the granny died, the body continued to work without curse technique because Toji originally doesn't have curse energy. So no, Yuji's father didn't sleep woith a corpse. The brain guy mentionned it in one of the last episodes of season 2 as well: the longer he's in a body, the more he starts to really itnegrate it as part of himself. Yuki said that he was being naive, it's not because he gives power to people who didn't have any before, that they'd kill each other. The brain guy replied that he already had a plan to remedy that. Hence the Culling Game. He needed Gojo out of the way to implement this shxt.
