Would you be willing to react to the Ace manga novels, if you haven't read them yet? They're not written or drawn by Oda so they're semi-canon, but it's his entire backstory. I feel like it would be fire, pun intended. They're called "Novel A" in Japan and "Ace's Story" in English, and there's just 2 volumes.
