The light novel is more upfront about a lot of the sex stuff than the anime is. It just outright says Luke and Ariel have fun with the maids at night (which is why they're discussing the nipples and their preferences), whereas the anime just hints at it.

You're correct. Ariel is bisexual. Also a bit of a sadist. In the light novel she also tried to push Slyphie a bit more during the bedroom tease scene. Slyphie had to force her off.
