And the mad queen is born. Completely throwing away 7 seasons of character development. Cersei definitely needed to go, but not the thousands of regular people they just mopped. They were just living their regular lives and that happened. You can also tell how rushed the writing was. The directors were offered a job directing a star wars show/movie I believe so they wrapped this up quickly. They ended up not getting the job and this is what we ended up with

At the end of the day its just a tv show. But damn. the writers really rushed peak cuz they got bored of the franchise. Or some other dumb reason. Who cares at this point. As long as the books get finished. They can always just tell the proper ending with a remake show later on
