When Queen said only lunarians can ignite themselves, he was referring to king. Queen was basically trying to call bullshit on Sanji saying he is 100% human and has no cyborg powers.

I think they already know that, they were just linking sanji’s fire abilities to lunarian because coincidentally sanji has it too and he is 100% human. Sanji isnt a cyborg, a cyborg is a human with cybernetics like queen while sanji’s genetically modified.

We know Devil Fruits alter DNA. And many years ago Oda joked that Sanji's eyebrows are swirls because maybe he IS a devil fruit (which have swirls). I think the theory that the Vinsmokes' augment DNA came from other species or devil fruits is very promising.
