If our videos are not playing correctly on the Patreon app, you have to switch over to either a mobile browser, or your browser on the PC. 

We are currently trying to find some ways to fix the issue.

Yep on my phone it wont play your videos but I’ve been using the mobile browser instead

I personally can’t watch using safari on my phone so I switched and starting using chrome and it works like a charm. Love you guys content keep up the good job.

I can still play it on iphone and ipad browser but yeah it’ll be cool if you fix the app too

Just turn auto screen lock off lol, if you have an iPhone you can just turn low battery made off and set lock screen time interval for as long as possible then you’ll have to tap on the screen less often, then you can also put the settings back to normal when you are done watching. That’s what I’ve done before and it had worked well for me

You have to go in your phone settings and change the timer of auto lock screen.
