In the anime they say ‘Gotei’ in Japanese meaning 5 emperors so you’re point doesn’t really mean anything but at this point in the story I did think that this was all just hollow hype from Morgans

keep reaching dude, katakuri smiled cause he respects luffy and he was happy to know he survived, thats it. hilarious people cant accept luffy beat katakuri fair and square, katakuri took an L and with katakuris honor him letting luffy win would go against his character and code of honor, which he has when he injured himself after seeing flampe ruin the fairness of the fight.

Why does it matter that Luffy fell? he fell throughout the whole fight. Katakuri fell on his stomach and got back up using his last strength to fell on his back as a mark of respect he was done. Also he stayed unconscious way longer than Luffy who had enough strength to leave.

It stated "A 5th pirate emperor emerges." You also have to consider a part of being an Emperor, is the fleet and clout behind you. They stated how he is the brother to Ace, and Sabo being 2nd in command with revolutionary army, has ties with multiple warlords, 5000 men, a big fleet of supporters, relationship to sun pirates and germa 66. So it's more than just his individual strength. I assume it is basically saying theirs no room for the 4th spot, and he believes Luffy to be near and obtain that level, and will create another threat as a 5th one, whether its now, or soon.

I agree his ship head could have been much more stylized. But it's a VERY traditional Viking style ship head. And that's why I THINK we are gonna see Shanks around the Elbaf arc. He seems to have a viking theme going on and it would match the Elbaf architecture we've seen so far.
