Yall got close with the wordplay in the Zoldyck siblings' names, its actually like Shiritori (japanese word game), where the last syllable of the word one player says has to be used by the next player in the next turn to begin another word. So for the siblings, from the eldest to the youngest; IlluMi - MilluKi (the fat brother) - KilluA - AlluKa - Kalluto (little "girl" that joined Phantom Troupe).
