One difference between the Anime and the Manga I don't like, is in the Manga Gear 2nd is now part of Luffy's Base after the timeskip, he can use the speed on each individual body part at Any time. What the Anime does is still does the old Gear 2nd Animation to save them some money by reusing footage.

It irks me so much that they didnt translate it like "gear...... fourth", to make if fit with the voice, it takes away some of the punch, lmao. Still hype AF tho ofcourse!
