Well first of all you never see what The Avengers Tower is now. Seems like it was cut and the plan for it was moved to Spider-Man 3.

Mysterio is lying about the Multiverse (but Marvel being Marvel it's still gonna end up being true).
He used to work for Stark and created Barf.
The Elementals are half illusions half drones.
Mysterio dies while being shot by mistake by one of his own drones (but sine it's Mysterio who knows if he's really dead).

There are two credit scenes.

Mid-credit you see Mysterio right before his death sent a message to the Daily Bugle Channel that make it seem like Spider-Man was the one controling the Elementals. And the video also reveals he's Peter Parker to the whole world.
J. Jonah Jamson comes in (played once again by JK Simmons) and tell the world Spider-Man is a menace and killed the hero Mysterio.


Post-credit scene you see Fury and Hill turn into Skrulls. Fury is in fact Talos from Captain Marvel. So Fury and Hill during FFH were never the real Fury and Hill. However before you scream Secret Invasion this is all just a troll act from Marvel. The Skrulla are still good guys. Talos was only filling Fury's place while Fury's on vacation on a beach with other Skrulls in space.
