If I were going to suggest an extreme torture. I would suggest creating a tickle bondage box that harnesses the power of a black hole, activating the singularity at the height of their ticklish suffering so that they endure one eternity of tickling in a fraction of a second. (That’s how black holes work right?)

Consider that anyone powerful enough to take on the Crusader Girls must be powerful indeed. A scenario that's been on my mind is of a time loop, where they are fully conscious and forced to relive the same session over and over. Or maybe their sensations are being recorded with magic or sufficiently advanced technology, so that every time they loop they are forced to relive their past torment on top of their current one, until by the time they're five or six iterations in they're a babbling mess before it even properly begins.
