And for the torture itself, I think a lot of people underrate the power of a little brush ( one for applying mascara for example) twirling inside the butthole. Alright, here I go. As her creator, I can say without doubt that Tabitha's most feared thing is having her boots pulled off, and her feet messed with in any way (let alone tickling, but we'll get to that later). Look at those straps, after all... those are the boots of a paranoiac, ticklish goth girl. So, why not let her keep them for a little bit? To prep Tabby, they begin with her upperbody, exploring everything but her feet... and her boots, perhaps they're locked in an airtight box with several heat guns aimed right at them so they get almost painfully hot and stuffy. Once they're satisfied with her upperbody, her feet will be indescribably tender to the touch at that point. Maybe we could see some technology come into play. The crusaders seem to have some wicked stuff at their disposal, and yet we only see them use it for tickling machines. Why not something more neurological? Perhaps something is wired to the top of Tabitha's spine, at the nape of her neck (think like the Matrix), which gives the Crusaders a displayed outline of her body on a tablet or monitor. And they have full control over her nerves. So they could easily make any spot screamingly sensitive with a simple push of a button, or double/triple/quadruple a spot's sensitivity in the blink of an eye, or render any spot paralyzed so it's unable to even twitch or squirm whether it's bound or not, or disconnect her ability to laugh or speak so all that agony just sits silently inside of her, only tortured expressions of silence on her face. Or maybe they could even play mix-and-match, hitting a 'random' button where Tabitha's sensitivities are randomly swapped with each other. Her hands have the ticklishness of her feet, her ears as sensitive as her belly was, her belly only as sensitive as her neck, and so on. Every time they hit 'random', it's like a new victim as they explore her sensitivities all over again! There's a lot of fun that can be brought in with neurological interfaces. Remember how much Tabby likes her boots? Well, perhaps give them back to her at some point, with some modifications... perhaps a plug in along the calf made for a hose, which would pump industrial strength, concentrated itching solution directly into them and all over her feet to the point where her boots are overflowing. Or perhaps some whirring brushes at the bottom, wrecking her soles inside what was once their safety shelter. Or maybe there are pads in the soles that detect every step, and every time her feet take a step, a huge shock of pure tickling vibrates through her whole body. At some point, it would be lovely to see her kink and her fear molded into one piece of bondage. The best way I can think of is to lock her in a 'foot throne' very similar to what you had in your "Edea's Throne" piece~ Her utterly immobilized feet suffering at the hands of the one sat on the throne, and her face beneath their soft, sweaty soles. Perhaps the inside of the throne is even accessible, so the other crusader (or whoever's torturing her for revenge) can simply open a hatch in the back of the throne and access her immobilized body within~

See, I really enjoy the psychological torment of "giving her boots back" and it just being an utter red herring. It's a next level of bondage that's twisted, demented, immoral and where do I sign up?! The OPTIONS they could have! They could completely remove the soles for easy access, add mechanical parts for self tickling, give her the false sense of security of that safety net only to rip it away again. I am a cruel human being. :) (P.S. I apologize if I took any liberties with your character, I wasn't 100% sure how this worked at first. To review is to critique. To critique is to create enemies, and Tabitha has made enemies at everything single establishment she's ventured to. It would only make sense that she's infamous within the Mistress Community, especially when her reviews end up leaving so many of them out of a job. So I suggest THE BREAKROOM. A room where Mistresses can take a break, relax, let their shoes air out, and get even with Tabitha. Tabitha lays strapped to equipment similar to Gloria in her final pic, Secured in her mouth is a large ring gag. On the floor beneath Tabitha's head is her beloved boots, and various boots, shoes, and the occasional sock left by Mistresses to air out under their pet. Facing Tabitha's head is a large black recliner with a foot rest that extends just in front of her face. Mistresses with some time in between clients remove their shoes and place them under Tabitha. Then they plop themselves in the nice recliner, and give Tabitha their demands. Thanks to the ring gag all Tabitha needs to do is stick out her tongue, and get to work on their feet. If she refuses they can just slip their toes right in. Unfortunately, there is only one recliner in the break room. In order for everyone to get a chance to enjoy Tabitha, tables of various toys and torture implements- itching powder/gel, hair dryer, ice cubes etc, have been set up around her feet, privates, and upper body for Mistresses to use as they see fit.

I think if tickling is something she hates the most, but might like a variety of other tortures, her real hell would just be pure tickling and nothing to alleviate or distract her from it.
