Working on the next update for Sandbox, which will contain some initial support for picking up and using items.  

Interactive items on Desktop can be picked up and dropped by clicking on them, and in VR by grabbing them as you'd expect. Once in your posession, your mouse or VR controller buttons will be used to interact with them. In all three cases in the example clip, the mouse wheel is used to control the item's power. Some items, like the vibrators, will be directly affected by your inputs, and others, like the remote control, will affect other objects in the scene. 

Haven't decided how complex to go with the Interactives yet, but most will probably contain 2 controls max, because of limited inputs.  

Not sure if vibrators will be usable on the girl by the next build, but the remote control will be able to control the Rodeo Machine as the clip demonstrates.   There'll also be a new machine and scene to play with in the next major update, which will utilize this remarkably naughty and serious looking control:

While the vibrators actually interacting with the girl is still in the works, I've spent some time working on the visuals and audio for them. I've attempted to develop a convincing vibration effect without using physical motion blur, and this is the result so far:
