Something that I've been thinking for a bit is the possibility of doing physical rewards for my patreon.

The reward in question would most likely be a exclusive 2.25" pin-back button and possibly a small, one of a kind physical sketch that ships together. The designs would be of my own characters and patrons can vote on which character or idea gets made into a button. The sketch would be drawn on a 4x3" piece of paper and it'd be a random character of mine.

For now I'm thinking the tier will cost around $10, you'd still get everything from the $5 tier, so you'd be paying an additional $5 for some exclusive items!

Let me know what you guys think by selecting an option down in the polls and commenting. This also might be a substitution to the commission tiers but we'll see.

Its a fun idea although it seems like quite a bit of trouble due to two main reasons I can think of: 1. International pledgers, they would definately need to pay extra for international shipping I imagine making the whole deal not very appealing. 2. I don't know if a lot of people would be interested in giving their mail address for something like that, not saying it isn't worth it but seems like this idea is quite niche and would hit less patreons than what you currently get from your offers. I don't mean to sound negative, just putting my 2 cents out here because I know more detailled feedback is appreciated ; ;

Don't worry man, I want peoples' honest opinions on this so that I don't end up making a terrible mistake. The international shipping would be an issue, I'd probably only get people in the US to pledge, although I don't see the problem with someone giving their address. It's not like I'm gonna release that info to the public. It is niche with the fact that it'll just be of my own characters and that they're buttons. But I do see others who offer physical rewards, like prints, do pretty well. Another thing is that making these buttons wouldn't be as time consuming as commissions, I already have a button machine and plenty of parts and making a design doesn't take too long. Which means I'll have more time to open regular commissions and work on other projects.
