Shaded sketch/speedpaint thing done as a warmup.

Yes, I know I keep flip flopping on the terms I use for these. While the differences in the priorities and processes I use are fairly distinct for me, it probably doesn't mean a whole lot to most of you.

I made an effort to preserve the lines while rendering. That's probably the main reason I tend toward calling this a shaded sketch over a speedpaint. Regardless, I might open for some commissions in this style. I've been doing a lot of illustrations lately and it's been wearing on me. I'm hungry for some faster, rougher stuff.

One of my long term goals is to start incorporating more character and story in my work, even if it's just a little bit of dialogue here and there. Thinking about Belinda for this fox's name.

She's beautiful, love the hair. The dialog does add another layer to it that I enjoy, kind of like a fantasy enhancement I guess you could say.
