Monthly Illustration Poll - How it works (Patreon)

I wanted to write this up in order to be as transparent as possible about how the poll works, especially for the new people who've come in recently. Each monthly poll happens in 3 stages:

At the beginning of the month, I'll make a post asking for character suggestions. They can be from pretty much any franchise. Female and furry characters are more likely to be chosen, just because that's what I like to draw, but I'm not going to rule out male characters or humans. You can also request variations (e.g. female Wolf O'Donnell or anthropomorphised Holo). Personal characters (your OCs) won't be considered, but I'll accept more well-known fandom characters so long as their owners are okay with nsfw art.

I will not draw cub/loli, ferals, any extreme fetishes/bodytypes or anything that goes against Patreon’s terms of service. If you're unsure about a specific character, feel free to message me.

You'll have several days to make suggestions. After that, I'll pick several candidates to vote on. I'm going to try and make sure everyone's suggestions get a somewhat fair shot to be picked, but it isn't a precise system. Patrons who don't get picked one month will get a higher priority the next, and I'll also be taking into account how characters perform in the polls. I also want to admit that there will be some bias toward characters I find more appealing to draw, as mentioned above.

I'll only take one suggestion per patron each month. If the character you suggest doesn't meet the requirements I'll let you know, and you'll be able to suggest another.

The rest of the poll is pretty straight forward. I'll pick out 4 characters and post a poll here that will be open for 3 days or so. Then, after the winner is announced, I'll have the rest of the month to finish the illustration.
