New Features

1. User can set a frequency threshold so only lookups of words within a certain frequency range are added as cards.
2.  Filter lookups by highlights - Allows making text for only highlighted words instead of every lookup.
3.  Notes added to a word that has been looked up can be added to card.
4.  The title of the book where the lookup was made can be added to a card as a tag, on into a regular field.
