New Year's Eve: 2021 (Patreon)

Happy New Year, everyone!

Thanks to all of you for the support on Night Mind this year. As a quick review, I just wanted to give you a rundown of what your patronage has gone towards accomplishing in 2021:

1) Continued operation of the Night Mind Index, which grew to include 134 entries. Think about that for a moment: your Patreon support has enabled over 130 independent and emerging creators to receive a spotlight and have their work discovered by audience members.

You have helped prove to over 130 hopeful creative people that they do matter in this world, and their efforts are not in vain.

2) The launch of the Trailhead Project, the first mass research effort to gather information on how unfiction projects are formed, launched, and discovered. With thousands of views on each video detailing the results, you've helped inspire and inform countless creators who will now engage the world with their work in a smarter, more confident, and much more effective manner. (And you helped discover issues within online spaces dealing with ARGs that have prompted important discussions, initiating movements to change the culture for the better.)

3) 13 mainline videos on Night Mind, which also saw a return to the energy and traditions of October that we missed entirely last year and a bit the year prior. October felt a lot better this year, and you all helped make that happen.

4) And, of course... the overall continued support of Night Mind enabled us to see the day when an email invitation came to join an emerging small TV network. Even now, I'm working on the first season of episodes for the launch, will enable an entire new audience to discover and enjoy unfiction and the works of brilliant creators.

It's been a good year, with a couple of good surprises... and I'm hoping to make next year truly great. With your support, I'm able to continue the work and growth of Night Mind and the missions that NM works exist to carry out.
