Happy Thanksgiving! (And to those who don't celebrate, Happy November!( (Patreon)

Hey everyone! First things first, I'm grateful for all of you, and this is certainly the kind of occasion to say it! You don't just support the channel and the Index, you're patient in sudden times of quiet and busy activity, as you've been this month, and I'd like to thank you all for that.

In keeping with the holiday, I'm going to push through my "don't jinx it" jitters and open up already about what's kept me occupied:

... I got a TV show.

(But wait! There's an explanation to read!)

In the last week of October, I received an email from a representative for a TV network asking if I'd like to come onboard with Night Mind, and the details were exactly to my liking: no stop to posting on YouTube, I retain complete ownership of Night Mind and the content I make, and I can essentially use my existing videos for broadcast and provide new content on YouTube and the network.

The catch: I had to get working on it ASAP, with an expectation of a number of videos ready for broadcast submitted, also due ASAP.

Everything went through as official and happening in the first week of November, which meant that I was about to be as busy as I historically am in October... after already getting through October.

Therefore, I've been working on getting the workload done every day since the first week of November, so now, you know why I've been so absent. This is an awesome opportunity, but it required me to work a marathon very suddenly and while knowing I'd already made plans to be out for awhile in the beginning of December before this offer was made.

The good news is that my first bundle of videos for the network are underway, and my premiere is anticipated sometime around the start of the new year. I'm going to be very busy in December, too, but I did manage to get a script made for a YouTube video that I really, really want to get out as soon as I can.

As for the network--I still have some jitters about not saying anything until it's actually live and happening right in front of me, so I'm not going to give the name, but it's one that's emerging and not any form of cable or long-standing giant. The network is a chain of what used to be public access stations spanning from Massachusetts to Texas, and will very soon be streaming on device platforms.

When I get the details on the premiere and the options for watching, I'll definitely share them. For now, I just wanted to explain why I've seemingly been a hermit this month who is still somehow going to a convention next week.

And, finally... thank you for all the support over all these years, which enabled me to even get to this point where something this amazing is happening for Night Mind. Truly, you helped make this happen, and as result, we'll be able to spread awareness, support, and audience for unfiction and online art projects to a group who've never known about it.
