Yo folks! Here's what we've been up to!

Starting with a word from Vixel!

6/27 weekly update:
Hey floofs! Last week I kept steady at cleaning up rough spots in our v2 project, and got a test build out to Carrot! I also scripted some placeholders for this month's Patreon content. This week I'll keep playtesting v2, and finish making our monthly builds for June! Boop you soon. <3

On my end I've got a few things in the works! 

I guess I totally spaced last week's post :O, so we've got a bit of a back up! First thing, I was making progress on the monthly content. I wrote it all and got the illustrations done. It's a juicy part 2 to the mini-arch for Oliver ;> There'll be a part 3, and that'll conclude that.

Other than that, my friend Arsemaus has been helping me out with prepping another 3D character to mess with :> Have a sneak peek!

She actually started as a project because I wanted to get more male toony characters, but I started sculpting perdita first xD. The idea is, they are kinda similar, so I might be able to get away with a bit of deformation, and get a second whole model out of it! We'll see though xD!

In addition, I started blocking out a bit of the motion for next month's animation! I let the 10$ folks decide who I'd animate next, and my bun won by a land slide :O! No complaints here!

I haven't settled on an angle yet, but figured it'd be hot to see her ride this thing! And she gets in deep ;D

Wow you're really getting into the 3D realm, i cant believe you even have shape rig controllers set up.

I’ve messed with auto rig pro on some occasions and I do the bits/some advanced controllers and mini rigs myself, but yeah, the intent is to be basically as industry-show ready as possible. And I think we got there a while ago :&gt; even got the workflow to go from blender to unity/unreal working out!

I didn't realize there was an auto rigger for that stuff That's awesome!

Yeah “auto rig” might be a bit misleading. It generates the systems they lets the rig have FK and IK when ya want. But you still gotta weight paint everything which is arguably the most pain in the ass process xD
