Starting with a Word from Vixel!

2/6 weekly update:

Howdy floofs! Last week I finished making our January builds. Then I hopped back into the Upgrade project to continue bugfixing.

I'm currently working on the next two steps in the roadmap:

- General cleanup: final review of changes in the overall project. <--

- Solo playtesting until obvious bugs are gone. <--

- Test builds for Carrot, back-and-forth with me to fix bugs and re-polish details.

- Share a test build with a bigger group for community feedback.

My side I've got a few things cookin!

First! Hopefully y'all noticed the sketches above! Last month's poll was just for sketching and character exploration! I've been meaning to do this sort of exploration for a while, but it's been hard to find the time. Basically these lil sketches help me try out ideas quickly, and i'll likely use some of these to be their own lil gossip/story thing! 

I would like to keep this up for the next couple months, it helps us catch up on game content, but also furthers character kink-possibilities, and ends up giving a good foundation for future content later :>!

Aside from that, I've finished up the coloring on the rest of The Gals! 31 slides of images :O! It looks fuckin' dope, super raunchy stuff lmao. I gotta tweak up the writing, and this one will ask for a bit fancier implementation, but we're early in the month so we're optimistic :>

LASTLY. I sculpted a Perdita model a couple months ago for fun, and my friend Arsemaus retopo'd her a few weeks ago. So I got to some texture work recently, check it out!

Might still tweak some levels. I kept the texture generally simple since she's like, a shorter haired dog. But I have some areas of hand painting around the eyes/cheeks etc.

She's lookin' pretty good though, so I'll see if my friend can rig her, and then more shenanigans will ensue |3!

Very related to 3D critters - I'm thinking of adding in a monthly 3D animation loop as an added incentive/bonus to y'all. The game stuff can be slow sometimes, and I'm kinda already practicing/making random lil' 3D smut loops anyways, so I figured not only can I share them here, but perhaps it can be another thing for the 10$+ folks to be able to vote on.

This would strictly be a SIMPLE loop commitment each month. Of course the game is by far the only priority. But the 3D stuff is something I like to learn/keep my chops up, and are assets and skills that we are developing for our future endeavors.

Whattya think? Could be fun?
