Let's start with A Word from Vixel!

9/5 weekly report:

Heya floofs! Last week I finished preparing an Android build we'll be sharing on Itch. This'll give Android users who discover the game through ads, tweets or furry conventions a way to quickly try the game on their phone. We'll also be updating the desktop Itch builds with some bugfixes from the last few months. Content will be the same (through the end of Act 2) but we'll be including Blessing of the Bells as well!

Also made some progress in our Upgrade project, optimizing Lake and Mountains assets to use less graphics memory. With the biggest scenes streamlined, I'll keep working on the plains, deep woods and critter house interiors this week!

My side I've been working on more Bear illustrations as scene above! This is the 2nd part to the bear scene voted on from last month! It's almost done. Just gotta add some shading and flesh out the background a bit more. Then it's on to writing!

I will be coming up with the next poll for more content pretty soon, so keep an eye out! And I'd like to get started some little mini-game esque interactions for the next part of our story stuff. It'll be good to have this stuff prepped for when our new project is ready.

Unrelatedly, I picked up a foldable treadmill to have under my desk for when I'm doing less intensive work! I've been faaaaaaar to inactive these days, so it'll be nice to add this to my daily routine :>
