OK let's get started with A word from Vixel!

4/19 weekly report

Reworked the Start Menu > Gallery so it uses two slick new wheel selectors and showcases all the content on one screen. No more thumbnail pages & the movies are no longer divvied up by story acts - it's all one continuous gallery!

Added the Ollie & Coyotes illustration and finished most of the related scripting. These three have a multipart date so it's a bit more involved than the other critters' dates. Everything's done except importing dialogue into placeholder slots, and scripting an interactive mini-experience we've planned.

Started breaking down the Finley and Rascal sex animation into individual layers and spritesheets. Will be scripting their scene tomorrow and Wednesday.

This week I'll keep working down my todo list and preparing for this month's builds!

Super stoked for these updates! That gallery is lookin' hella sexy <3! AND with the dialogue features? Hell yeah :>

On my side - I've been kinda wrestling with some weird health shiz for the past couple weeks :x! I've been seeing doctors and stuff on it, and things "look good" - but been having some persistent eye-aches for a while. So I haven't gotten too much progress on some stuff aside from writing for the upcoming date.

Things kinda seem on the up 'n up, but I'm being cautious and just taking things easy for now. I'm like, HELLA near sighted, and at risk of retinal detachment and all that jazz - so weird eyeball stuff puts me on edge. But again, things are lookin' OK eye-ball wise. 

I plan on trucking away with Oliver and Bucky animation and making some headway on the next date/story though!
