Dice throw and speech check (Patreon)

This is a small teaser of how dice throws are handled in speech check. As I've said in previous progress update, your intelligence will be added at 50% rate of the rolled number. 

(If you have 2 intelligence, 1 is added to rolled number).

You will be required to have the final number bigger than number required to pass the speech check.
