Development report 2023.01.23 - About the new characters of Knights College

My personal view, I think that the percentage of new cast members involved in the story in a sequel think that at most 50% is just right.

If they take up too large a part of the story description I think it would be a pity for fans who wanted to see what happened to the characters from the previous series. Of course, if the new characters are popular, I don't think it's a problem......

But I'm sure you can all think of something. When a sequel to a work you liked came out, the new characters were so much in the spotlight that the characters from the previous work were neglected, and you felt sad. I try to be careful not to let that happen to my own works.

In the original version of Lagoon Lounge 2 (Yaneura no Lagoon), the new character "Rai" was involved in the core of the story, but I didn't describe him that much. I want to make sure that there won't be that many of them in Knight's College 2. Basically, I'm going to make it a main story with characters that continue from the first one.

So, to cut to the chase, there will be four new characters in Knights College 2.
This is just a plan, so there may be more in the future. I've already incorporated them into the scenario, so there won't be any decrease.

In KC2, I want to delve a little deeper into 'romance', so the new characters will play a big part in this theme. I mentioned before that in the world of Knights College, it's pretty lax about love and sex between men - and I'm planning to get involved in a lot of ways in this regard.

I've already had the new characters designed by Rossi, so I'm very eager to unveil them as soon as possible, but I want to unveil the new characters just before launch to get the voltage up for the main story, so you'll still have to wait a while longer.
