Veeerrry minor correction on the first part of the summary, but I recall a brief scene deep in either the AG or DP sagas in which Brock actually does momentarily acknowledge Jessie as being good-looking, indicating that she's semi-activated the Brock-o-meter at least once (if infrequently enough to barely qualify, given that we're talking a single comment in the sea of 600+episodes and twelve movies in which Brock features).
