Annual patrons (Patreon)

Hey!

I just remembered it's about a year since I enabled annual patronage (I think?). Can't remember the exact date, but just a reminder to check the date you joined as an annual patron (only if you're one!) and decide if you wanna continue being an annual patron! 

I think it's 15% off, so instead of doing "tier x 12, once a month 12 times a year" for a year you'd do "tier x 12 - 15%, but all at once" + taxes I guess.
