More Ryler updates (Patreon)

Heya!

Ryler is now part of the market hall quest! You can find him in a corner in Southern Logwood! He only sells one, funny item.

I also added Cotton Scraps and Bolt Of Cotton as new crafting items. You can craft the bolts at Ryler after he's at the market hall. Currently, they don't craft into anything, but the system for new stuff is there!

You can find Cotton Scraps as drops and ACT skill loot from Rats in the Rat Cave and as drops from Betas in Gloomy Forest.
