Log Bear update (Patreon)

New ACT skill against Log Bear, "Whisper". It gives him CHARMED state and the new sprite above!

CHARMED state creates a new skill enemies can use randomly which is "Charmed". It does nothing. There is only a small comment from the enemy. Kinda like a stun, but not quite and a bit random.

He also has a new normal skill "Log Throw" which deals damage to 1 enemy. 1.5xATK - Your DEF!
