Horny Pervert update (Patreon)

Update for the mini-boss Horny Pervert. The goal is to make him more boss-like and fun!

His state now has a custom animation! (Seen in the first picture)

His phases now also all have custom images.

I also changed his base sprite a bit to make it look better.

I'm making ACT skills for the fight, but they're not ready yet. I have 1 done, animation and all. We'll see if I can have other ones included in the next build.
