Here are the current stories set to win! I decided to up the leader board to top 15!

she wakes up in a dark room naked and wired to various machines. The bright lights come on to reveal a team of people wearing layers of PPE to hide their identities. Masks, gloves, etc, ready to perform a sinister experiment. One positioned by the head applies the ECT wands to her temples, and discharges them, causing her to seize. She continues to shake and as she slows they check her pulse. They release the shocks again, causing her body to fail as she continues to seize. She lies gasping, and they place the paddles against her breasts, "Clear!" They send the voltage through her heart and she arrests. They work to get her back, compressions, more shocks, and air, until she stabilizes abd they can begin ect again

The torturer will use defibrillator paddles on the victim’s chest as well as on each side of their head like ECT paddles! Rubbing them together before and in between each shock slowly, almost methodically at first, but as the scene progresses, the defib rubbing becomes more intense and vigorous, and the shocks become longer and stronger, too!

she woke up in a white room tied and naked. she wears an oxygen mask and has an ECG on his body to monitor her heart rate. she was given an electric shock using an ect attached to her head, she was continuously tortured and the electric voltage was getting higher and higher. then she was also given electric shocks using a defibrillator on his chest until finally her heart stopped beating because she was given too many electric shocks

A girl sent to the hospital because of the massive heart attack. The doctor tries to save her as capable as they could. They give her compressions and lots of shocks. Unfortunately, the girl didn't make it. They announced her death and they leaving her body in the room. Except for this one particular doctor, just standing and stare at her body. The doctor was thrilled by her get resuscitated. So the doctor decide to play with her body. Give her more CPR, more shocks on her. The doctor was having fun until one moment, the girl suddenly gain a heartbeat. She start gaining coucious. The doctor was scared so the doctor shocks her rapidly until she got a massive seizure. Then, the doctor shock her again and again and again. And finally, the girl was dead again. Then the doctor resume playing with her body until the doctor satisfied. The End

She was sleeping peacefully in her bed. The man had snuck in through her window into her room. She was wearing a white shirt and some panties. He placed a cloth with chloroform over the victims mouth and held it there for a bit. He lifted her shirt and saw her blue laced bra. With the stethoscope he brought. He listened to her heart. It beat slow and steady. He pulled out the defibrillation paddles and unclimbed her bra revealing her perky b cup breasts. He placed the paddles on her chest and hit her. Her chest jumped and hit the bed. He hit her again and again. He placed the stethoscope on her chest and heard silence. He gave her cpr. Pumping her dead heart until it quivered to life. Her then shocked her and listened. LUB-DUB LUB-DUB. He had brought her back and proceeded to do whatever he pleased to her for the rest of the night.

A girl and her girlfriend are in a homemade resuscitation room, filled with all the necessary equipment. She gets injected a drug that will make her heart stop in a few moments, and while she notices how her heart starts to beat each time slower, her partner kisses her passionately until she flatlines. Then, the girlfriend starts to do chest compressions in a gentle way, with mouth to mouth too. After a few minutes passes, and the girlfriend sees that her condition has not improved, starts worrying and begins to do harder chest compressions, in order to make her heart beat again. Some minutes go through until the girlfriend becomes desperate, she only sees a small fibrillating line on the ECG and tries to defibrillate her, hoping it would make her condition stable. A few shocks happen, but she doesn't experience any change on her heart. The girlfriend, torn apart from the thought that she may never be with the love of her life ever again, goes back to do a last round of compressions, crying and begging that she would be able to rescue her partner. The ECG shows some small heartbeats after a minute of compressions, and she starts to wake up from the induced cardiac arrest, seeing her girlfriend cry of joy and hugging her on the spot, because the girlfriend had managed to beat the overwhelming despair and brought her back to life.

A woman alone in a medical environment: she's been dizzy, and out of curiosity she gives her heart a listen with a stethoscope only to find a very minor arrhythmia. Panicking without reason, she's convinced she must cardiovert herself to reset to sinus rhythm. She attaches an ECG and charges the paddles she knows little about. She shocks herself and listens while watching the ECG- but she's only made it worse! Over and over she tries but only manages to agitate her poor pump more. She's desperate and looks around and sees a syringe on the crash cart and hopes it's something to help correct her now actually dangerous heart rhythm but is dead wrong. The syringe she frantically plants into her ventricle is actually adrenaline/epinephrine. Turned on, terrified, and with her heart at the breaking point, she continues to shock until she gets a "result"...
