I've had ads show up on that big video site, which used phrases I had typed into an email (not associated w/the site) or even read about somewhere online. I don't mean other ads. I mean a word or phrase here or there, so it's not even from search words, or ads' algorithms. This even crosses devices. And I am not even a member of that video site, btw. But things will turn up based on activity on a different device -- and I have never cross-connected the devices, either. I could even swear sometimes things come up reflecting things said around the device, even though it has no mic, or cam.
