I am opinion parents did it aside from blood, dogs, smell in car...why did she refuse to answer police questions, wash her toy immediately and their body language in interviews was analysed good iv on yt. If they weren't rich or had the connections they had I doubt any ordinary person who left their kids alone would have got the funding for case..they would have been charged with neglect and other kids taken into care...money and connections talk.

I think it was an accident, maybe give her something to make her sleep and she fell, choked on vomit. They knew they couldn't come clean...in foreign country, drugged child so they could go out..book would have been thrown at them. Think they hid body in cupboard, hired car and disposed of body then came up with cover story.
