At first news reports said he (driver) had not been drinking. Then they said they found traces of a pill that lowers alcohol cravings PLUS illegal limit of alcohol in his blood. I always thought that was odd.

Patricia Cornwell showed in the special for one of the large networks -NBC, ABC- that the driver's chemical levels - not alcohol- were too high to just be from the fumes of the tunnel. As VA coroner she knew what she was looking at. She said the skid marks showed his breaks didn't slow at all in the tunnel. Also she said the more she investigated the more it looked like a murder, and she was going to do a follow up, but then it was canceled "mysteriously" likely by Charles. There was news that Charles and Philip's illegal weapons dealings were being exposed by Diana. Keith Allen's documentary Unlawful Killing also shows they were most likely murdered.
