Woo there Enty! We have not been locked down for 2 years. At the point she disappeared Sydney was not in lockdown at all - in fact at that point we were gloating to world about how we avoided Covid.

I remember that Australia had almost no cases and wondering why it was among the strictest and kept getting stricter with regulations in spite of that. I won't go into all that or my opinions on it but I feel really bad for those in some other countries. I fear that's the way some want it to be worldwide, but Australia has really had a hard time of it, among others.

So sad, it sounds like a stranger abduction to me. She's very petite and very pretty. They probably are looking into this but I wonder if she had any stalkers. Even just 'mild' ones like a parent at her kids' school who always kind of cornered her to 'talk.' How many women go missing. It's just brutal.
