Could it be that Maxwell is dead and that whoever killed her planted that photo to set up an alibi? If they killed her last week, the photo places her in LA and confuses the time of death. I'm not the only one who thinks she's dead am I?

I think she is very much alive as is Jeffrey. She is playing a cat and mouse game with us, the public. I think the public is the only entity that cares about keeping this story alive, the press seems eager and willing to bury this sordid affair, as does anyone with power to prosecute. I do like your idea Steven and feel it’s worth considering. In fact it is making my head spin a little with the possibilities.
