John I love you! I share alllllll of your opinions and hunches you sound like me talking about this with my family and friends. I know the doc was about the family and boys experience but in general no one talks about this guy being a raging, sickly drug addict. We watched him decline for over 15yrs and people still acted like he was normal and a great guy. Drugs make everyone live in an alternate reality but when you have a person who is already an ego maniac narcissist control freak, plus has some serious mental issues stemming from childhood --and put them on opioids and anesthesia over decades WTH is anyone thinking?? This guy gave an interview perched in a tree and went to court in pajamas. He is not a stable sane person. I am no Oprah fan for obvious reasons but I am still glad she did this because unfortunately society is influenced by big names. Her showing her belief and refusing to defend mj and make excuses will make a shit ton of people take it more seriously. I was a little kid when this happened and I never ever believed him. At 8yrs old I was wondering why more people weren't disturbed by his entire existence. Celebrity influence is so insane. People really abandon all morals and common sense over their favorite celebrities. Different rules for different people. I also 10000% agree that even if people are hoping for a pay day that doesn't make it not true and mean people should get angry and act as if the issue should be dropped. This is about assaulting children, someone wanting some $$ isn't taking my focus from that. And as we have seen he had no problem giving that $$....all the times people lied and then took it back or told the truth and then took it back, he was paying them.
