In this video I show and explain my painting process (on the example of a realistic eye painting)

I would say this lesson is for Beginners/Intermediate level but hopefully it will be valuable for everyone!

Hey Daria! I was wondering what type of brush do you use for blending or would you recommend? I understand the concept of blending but even with the lightest hand pressure, my brushes seem to take some of the paint off of the canvas

Hi Jasmin, I use some small round and filbert brushes. They work well for me. I also recently tried Rosemary and Co 'Comber' brushes (such as these ones https://www.rosemaryandco.com/golden-filbert-comber ).They seem to be very nice and good for blending as well. By the way, I talked about my brushes a little bit in this video at 3:57 - https://www.patreon.com/posts/real-time-with-42004648 It’s okay if the brush takes some paint off of the canvas, that’s not a problem. But you do have to learn to handle it very lightly, and also don’t forget to use enough paint on your brush to begin with, don’t skimp on paint otherwise you’re making things more difficult for yourself. You probably just need a little bit more practice and you’ll be getting the results you want! :)

Thank you so much Daria I really appreciate it!
