[Free tier] hkk mods update: mugen color for eye and face (Patreon)

I uploaded some files wrong, so I re-uploaded it again today, and also added a mugen color for the face. Download hkk mods and mugen_maintext again if you downloaded it before. Report an error if you find one.

A huge update for HKK mods including:

• remove unused mods

• adjustable the toon, outline, and color for eye and face, please refer to this GUIDE

• All characters from now on will require the latest hkk mods
