The Patriarch - Progress Report (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

A little "progress report" post to keep you up to date.

I started the code, the renders and the writing for the prologue, everything is going smoothly. It was a slow start due to my moving 10,000km away, but everything is ready now and I'm focusing on the game.

No one asked me yet, but I should tell you, there won't be a release this month. 

Starting next week, I'll post a weekly progress report with a percentage for more clarity.

Now let's talk a bit more about The Patriarch and what the first release will be about.
As I said earlier the first release will be a prologue, the story will be focused on the MC (you, the main character), Tommy, his best friend, and Abigail, Tommy's girlfriend.

Tommy is 31 years old, veteran, he always loved the woods. If it was only him he could spend most of this time there. You know him since elementary school, he wasn't really your best friend but you shared a lot of fun with him. When he learned about your recent breakup, he asked you to join him and his girlfriend, Abigail, for a fortnight trek in the middle of nowhere.

The game is going to start in the middle of their wilderness expedition. You walk most of the day, set up camp before night, and repeat, It has been like that for a week already. Overall it has been a great experience so far but it never goes as planned till the end.
