Lovecraft Set 04 (Patreon)

Greetings adventurers!

This time around we're continuing our journey into Lovecraft-themed maps! These will be our last group of map in this theme, so we'll be opening up destination polls again at the end of this week, so be sure to let us know if there's something you'd like included in the next polls! Until then, we've got a set of different LC-inspired areas to explore for you! 

To start this batch off is a museum from The Horror, a three-storey collection of the weird artifacts the townsfolk have collected, at sometimes display. 

Set out a rocky outcrop with no easy way in or out, all the strange and wriggly sacks are hauled in through the spacious balcony instead. The first floor is fairly normal, if you've got a hankering for nautical antiques and jeweled weapons, while the second floor has a sparser collections and sealed off crates about the place.

The stairs out back lead to the second floor, while off in a hidden room is the road to the flooded basement. If you brave the frothy grimy water it may be worth your while, as there's a path that could lead you to the more otherworldly places in town!

Variants include an ashen version for an abandoned museum, plus a plague version with eerie red glows!
