Interesting Commission Request (Patreon)

Hey guys, I've had an interesting commission request. I havent accepted it yet, because I've got a lot on but the guy's willing to wait, and it's a really, really interesting one. He wants a human version, with obviously mech pieces, a gangbang of Arcee from Transformers. In any world, in any reality, is it possible to do this and for it to be sexy? Is there an inbetween?
