Code Geass: Rolling a Critical Failure (Patreon)

A Fun Way to Spend an Afternoon
Hands gripped multicolored folders containing wrinkled, thoroughly handled sheets of paper. Mechanical pencils clicked and bags that used to contain liquor now clattered with their resin contents. Four people approached the door to the Ashford Academy student council room, each with their supplies ready and varying degrees of excitement.
Nina Einstein was the first to arrive at the door looking as quiet and put together as always. Her quiet shyness came across because she avoided eye contact with the other three though she did seem to have a little skip to her step. Her excitement was obvious from her movements as she ushered everyone else towards the door.
Shirley followed close behind her, adjusting the folder in her hands. “We’re coming Nina. Don’t worry we all cleared our schedules today for this. We’ve got all the time we could need today.”
Lelouch rolled his eyes at this. “Speak for yourself,” he grumbled.
He’d not been a fan of this recent collaborative activity although he still participated at the behest of the others. After all, they needed a fourth player and he needed to keep up appearances in the school.
“Oh stop it Lulu, we all promised Nina we’d play today and I’m sure the president wrote up something good.” Shirley said, scolding him.
Kallen Stradtfield was the last to join the group circling the door. She’d fallen behind after having to stop to pick up her dropped papers. She didn’t say anything but pinched Lelouch covertly, causing him to jump. She put on a fake smile and looked at the other two girls.
“I’m sure he’ll behave himself, won’t he?” Kallen said.
There was a hidden edge to her voice, causing him to flinch a little. The redhead may have looked milquetoast and sickly to everyone else but he knew better. The willful revolutionary could easily drive him into a more cheerful mood if she so desired, she knew too many of his secrets, not to mention he’d seen how fiercely intimidating her fighting was.
“Yes,” he said, “It’s going to be a good time I’m sure.”
Nina was practically shaking as they stood at the closed threshold of the door, glad to hear her fellow players were on board. It took a little convincing to get them all to try her favorite game, but after a few attempts they’d all come to enjoy it in their own way.
“Let’s head in, I’m sure Milly is waiting for us.” she said, pulling her own folder close
The door to the council room slid open, revealing a beige room bathed in the soft light of the mid-afternoon that poured through large, floor-to-ceiling windows. It glinted off the gold filigree that lined the white indented walls, giving the room itself a comforting glow.
Everything in the room had been pushed aside, leaving only a rectangular table stretching through the center of the space. At one end with her back to the windows sat Milly Ashford. She appeared to be scribbling away furiously at something in front of her but nobody who entered could see what. Their view was blocked, a segmented board set up between her seat at the head of the table. Across its lacquered front was a gorgeously painted cloud-filled sky and a massive blood-red dragon in mid-flight.
Milly looked up, smiling at the group as they entered and standing from her seat. “It looks like everyone made it!” she said with a wide smile, making a grand sweeping gesture with her arm. “Please, take a seat and we can get started!”
The group took their positions, two on each side of the table. Nina and Kallen sat on the right, lowering themselves gently and slowly. Shirley and Lelouch took the left, sitting slightly more haphazardly compared to the other two.
Lelouch looked to either side and noticed he’d boxed himself in between Shirley and the cardboard of the barricade in front of Milly. He sighed and opened his folder to get the sheet of paper inside, wishing he’d left himself more room.
Nina already had her own sheet out, smoothed and neatly marked with an intricate backstory and all of her spells picked before the game even began. She upended her velveteen bag, allowing a multitude of resin geometric shapes to pour out onto the table and clatter in front of her. As usual, nobody got more excited than her for a session of Dungeons and Dragons.
The others pulled out their sheets with varying degrees of excitement. They'd prepared characters ready to run through whatever exciting gauntlet Milly had prepared for them. They were surprised to hear that it wouldn't be a simple module today either and that Milly had crafted a homebrew world for them.
The four of them chatted about their characters, theorizing how they'd all fit into the game Milly had crafted. Milly however brought this talk to a halt when she clapped her hands to get the group's attention.
“Actually, you won’t be needing your characters today" she said, "I made you all extra special ones for this game.”
From her position Milly tossed out several sheets of her own, sliding to cover the group’s prepared characters. A collective groan escaped from the surrounding players with Lelouch and Shirley looking minorly confused while Kallen seemed actually annoyed. Nina meanwhile had become fully distressed by the change and was looking at her sheet with wide, panicked eyes.
She was stuck on the class line of the sheet: ‘Paladin’. She’d spent so much time working on her character, crafting the perfect druid to help support the party through their endeavors. She knew what the others loved to play and what they’d need to complement their abilities. It'd taken a significant amount of time and effort, but she’d made exactly what the group would need and wrote a backstory that would hopefully interweave beautifully into Milly’s world.
‘The ‘Paladin’ was only a short step away from her favorite class, cleric, but she wasn’t keen on the idea of playing a martial support class after she'd gotten so used to being a support caster. Her eyes drifted downward, locking onto the only other words not blurred by her uncomfortable consternation. Under the background box were two words: "Crybaby" and "Brat."
Next to her Kallen looked over her sheet more thoroughly, not as shaken as Nina to have her agency taken away although still annoyed. “Warlock?” she asked, looking up to Milly, “Why would you have me play a Warlock? I don’t know any of that spell list.”
In fact, Kallen didn’t know many spell lists at all, she usually preferred to play a Rogue, like the one she’d made today. The abilities made sense to her and she liked the exploration aspects that skill checks and dungeoneering brought to the game.
Her eyes continued reading and landed on another strange line. Her patron seemed to be listed as “Diapmorreous”. Like with the spells, she didn’t know the entire list of forgotten realms gods front to back, but she was sure that wasn’t one of them.
Lelouch was more or less unresponsive to the change but hated the idea of playing a caster. He’d been given the sheet for a cleric with, as far as he could tell, the most pathetic damage stats he’d ever seen. His lack of interest meant he saw the game in more of a strategic way, interested in responding to the movements of a group in combat and not the roleplaying aspect of it. He’d always chosen to be a fighter so he could control that flow and this was far removed from his usual role.
Shirley wasn’t nearly as bothered by her sheet since it looked like a normal barbarian as far as she could tell, a class that she’d just recently learned to play. She wasn’t as into the game as the others and had less time to explore the rules between her swimming practice and school work.
Instead, she’d taken the class-by-class approach and was learning more as they played. Milly must have remembered that she was starting to get used to the barbarian class.
A clamor of complaints rose up from the four players with even Lelouch voicing his discontent at the class he’d been given. Milly stood at the head of the table silently, waiting for them to quiet down before continuing.
“It’s really not that bad,” Shirley said, rubbing the back of her head. To all except Nina, it was transparent that she was trying to calm the others down and remind them that it was just a silly roleplaying game.
“It’s terrible to take away your player’s agency!” Nina declared, looking at Milly with a distressed expression.
As Kallen and the others talked over each other Lelouch leaned back, calculating how much longer he’d have to endure this before he could leave without offending his friends.
Absent-mindedly he flipped over the sheet in front of him. The usual layout of backstory and traits were all filled in with brief descriptions but where character appearance would normally be a new ‘status box’ waited.
A graphic of a cartoonishly bulbous diaper greeted Lelouch’s gaze and he found himself growing slightly concerned. His neutral expression tightened as he sat forward. “Diaper type? Diaper status? Did she have these custom-printed?”
He cast his gaze up to Milly. She’d still not said a word as the table’s worth of complaints flew toward her. She turned her attention to him and for a moment he saw something cross her face that was more than the relaxed smile she was outwardly portraying to the others. It was a cruel sadism that twisted her normally soft features. In that split second Lelouch saw the face of a monster and it shocked him into attention.
“Milly,” he said calmly, silencing the others, “what’s this?”
The dark-haired prince pointed to the added “diaper status” box on his sheet causing the others to flip theirs as well.
“I have it too!” Nina said, realization crossing her face as she understood the backgrounds on her sheet now.
“Me too!” Kallen said, turning her attention to Milly.
Only Shirley seemed confused as she was seemingly left out of the group, her sheet not having been altered at all so she had to lean over to look at Lelouch’s.
There was a moment of silence among the group, the tension in the room settling between them all. Nina and Kallen seemed to be processing the meaning of this more slowly, fully taking in what it meant and calculating a response. Lelouch sat quietly, his gaze fully focused on Milly lest he miss another uncharacteristic flash in her face. Shirley broke the silence between them all standing up and turning to Milly with a face scrunched in annoyance.
“I know you have a tendency to be inappropriate but this is too far! To try and inject your diaper fetish into a game like this, when we were all just coming to have a good time!”
There was another stillness with the others looking to Milly to see how she’d respond.
Her face was a mask, whatever intentions she had hidden by her unrelenting smile.
The stillness seemed unending as they all stared at Milly before she finally cracked, a small snort escaping through her nose.
“I might have—I thought it might be the only way to see you all acting like the big babies you are. Even if it is just in a game.”
The Game Suddenly Becomes a Little More Real
There was another collective groan from everybody at the table. They’d long suffered Milly’s teasing and perpetual hornyness. The constant barrage of ‘Madam President’s’ pursuance was a never ending issue for each of them. It varied too, from aggressive comments to actually groping the people in the group. Milly would even abuse her power as the president of the student council to find out secrets about the other students, often wrangling the whole school into grandiose, ridiculous events.
Kallen’s face sharpened at the revelation and she bristled, letting down her visage of meekness that hid her identity. “Milly, really, to ruin the one activity we had planned this week..."
Within the council, her harassment had progressed into something else. It wasn’t just teasing anymore as she made comments to each person at the table that included a strangely nurturing undercurrent. She’d mention how Kallen’s skirt couldn’t realistically cover her underwear if it was just a little thicker or how Nina might have a slight outburst and need to experience some corner time. She played on Lelouch’s calm pride, calling him ‘grumpy’ and ‘no fun’ even amongst the others. More than once she'd asked if he needed a change since he was so unhappy.
Nina sat quietly, her focus locked on the character sheet in front of her. Just at the edge of her face the group could see that her eyes had gone wide with a crazed gleam. “I just wanted to play an easygoing campaign…” she lamented.
They’d all individually determined that Milly wanted to see them in a helpless light. While she never acted on it, the three she constantly picked on felt uncomfortable with it though it’d never gotten to the point of addressing the issue.
Lelouch was silent, still keeping his attention on Milly’s face to see if she’d once again show the face that’d shaken him. His confidence was normally unflappable but after that look he felt on edge, like another shoe had yet to drop.
The only person who’d been saved from the babyish harassment had actually finally spoken up and stared now at the blond with her impish smile. Shirley received different treatment from her. The close friends had seemingly had their roles reversed, with Milly stepping back from her big sister role to lean on her more, often calling her Mommy Shirley and groping her chest, following it up with some unwarranted comment about nursing.
Milly looked at them all, still standing and taking in their reactions. She hadn’t yet said anything, simply flashing that same impish smile in response to their comments.
Shirley, now uncharacteristically irritated by her friend’s attitude, turned away with an angry tsk-ing noise. “Nina,” she said, snapping her friend out of her crazed loop of muttering, “I know you built a character, but would you run Curse of Strahd for us? I know you have the book and nobody here wants to play Milly’s camp—”
*PHHHHWWWWWOOOOOOSHHHHH*
Shirley was interrupted by a brilliant green flash that forced everyone at the table to close their eyes. Each one experienced a shifting all over their bodies, causing them to squirm and fidget under the intense sensations of whatever was happening.
Clothing grew heavier in some places and lighter in others, tightening and loosening all over. A faint squeaking noise came from one end of the table, cocking the head of anyone not too preoccupied to notice. A low buzzing noise filled every head at the table, changing the inner neurons with whatever alien power this force possessed. Through the charged atmosphere and whooshing caused by the unexpected experience, shouts could be heard from everybody.
“Kallen, SHhirley, Nina!” Lelouch shouted, trying to jump up in even his blinded state, “Are you okay!? Is it a bomb!?” He found his rise from the seat blocked, having been locked to his seat by a hard wooden bar or something similar.
Next to him Shirley had curled into a ball and started shouting. “KYYYAAAA!” she screamed.
Across the table Kallen too had tried to jump up, ready to fight back against the blindingly bright assault only to discover that something had also locked her to her seat. “Lelouch!? I can’t get clear. I’m stuck!”
Nina stayed in place, overwhelmed by the sensations of her clothes shifting. Even with her eyes closed, she tried to take in as much of her situation as possible, her analytical mind doing all that it could in such a situation..
Her attire was becoming significantly heavier, taking on the qualities of metal based on the clanking sounds she could hear as her limbs moved. Yet, there was a noticeable absence of such a sound at the top of her thighs as she found her skirt disappearing into something with tight elastic bands and a soft bulk that encircled her waist.
Her thinking and analyzing the situation had actually worked to calm her down while her companions panicked. They could see through eyes clamped shut that the light around them was dying down and the roar of wind in their ears dwindled to nothing. Finally each and every person at the table opened looked outward, expecting carnage.
The room around them seemed fine, with no piece of furniture out of place. Between the four of them the battle mat and their character sheets still remained, as did their dice and supplies. At the head of the table, Milly still stood behind the DM screen. Her impish smile had yet to disappear. Other things had changed though, and it drew the attention of her players with stunned silence and bright red blushes.
Milly stood with an exaggerated bow-legged pose, her arms crossed under her breasts. The stance served to push her now exposed bosom up, presenting them to the players sitting all around her. The tops remained covered by a small piece of fabric, trimmed in round lace. The words on what could only be a bib read: ‘Pelor’s Little Pamper Packer.’
“Oh don’t you all just look the cutest!” she said with unrelenting excitement, practically bouncing in place.
There was only so much jumping the council president could actually do, seeing as she was weighed down by something preposterously huge hanging around her hips. To the others, it almost looked like she’d taped a beanbag chair around her waist after sticking her legs through it. Its enormity couldn’t be covered by the quad-fold screen in front of her. The absurd stance came from the garment’s sheer bulk forcing her legs apart.
No one at the table dared look away from Milly and the puffy monster of a diaper that dipped well below her knees, almost touching the floor below her.
“Milly what have you done!? Lelouch yelled, trying to push himself out of his chair to stand. Again he found that he was still stuck, locked in place by a hard, wooden object that made it impossible to escape his seat.
In fact, his feet no longer touched the ground at all. They hung limply out of a small opening in his wooden chair, made smaller by the cloth strap that separated his limbs. His lap was sandwiched between two boards and a bar that held him firmly in place.
In surveying his surroundings he'd caught sight of another change. His dark school uniform became lighter, almost a pure white. A breezy feeling greeted the top of his thighs and Lelouch could swear that under the board of his high chair he was wearing a skirt rather than his normal trousers. Kicking his legs up confirmed this. He was greeted by his own thighs disappearing into a pair of white stockings trimmed with red triangles.
On the edge of his vision he could see that two others were sitting at the same height he was. Across from him Nina and Kallen were no longer in their school uniforms. Next to him Shirley sat slightly lower, seemingly not locked in a chair like the other three though her outfit had also changed, now exposing a lot more skin than her school uniform did. From what Lelouch could see, his outfit bore the most resemblance to an Ashford academy uniform although still distinctly different.
His attention was pulled back to the head of the table by Milly, who finally answered his question. “I brought you all into my world,” she said, making a sweeping gaze across the table, “I spent so much time lovingly crafting this game and I wanted to be sure you’d all play it with me, and now you don’t really have a choice.”
Kallen piped up across the table. “But what do you mean, of courthe we have a choithe, all of uth could jutht leave.” The statement snaked its way past her lips and gave Kallen immediate cause for concern . She’d never in her life had a lisp and was unsettled by how it altered her voice. She ran her tongue across her teeth discovering metal brackets threaded together by a thin wire.
“Braces!?” she thought, realizing just how nasty this all was. Her teeth didn’t require straightening which meant such an addition was purely to make her lisp childishly as a humiliation tactic.
“Oh my, listen to your voice!” Milly said teasingly, “Maybe you sucked on that paci too much, to need such obstructive braces!”
The blond’s relentless teasing about the situation grated on the group’s patience. She continued to chuckle at them as she shifted her legs, squatting and lowering the crotch of her padding dangerously close to the floor. Only she could see the white-knuckled grip she took on the table. Her mask of jovial playfulness twisted, finally showing the group something different. However the knotted, eclose-eyed expression of effort was not much better, nor did it diminish the aura of joy she radiated.
*BWWWRRRRAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPP* *FFFFFLLLLLLOOOOOORRRPPPPP*
From Milly’s backside came a destructive fart, followed by lewd sounds that one could liken to oatmeal dropping into a garbage bag. Wet mush piled below her, causing her diaper to stretch and droop in order to contain an astronomical amount of offensive mush as she forced it from a seemingly unending source.
It made no sense to the others at the table as they could only all watch on in horror as she produced more waste than any one human could ever produce in a single week, let alone a single push. The back of Milly’s nappy sank lower, its rounded crotch flattening and spreading across the floor. Outwardly it turned from its pure lily-white to a stained brown due to the internal wreckage she was causing.
Nina sat astounded, wondering how such a ‘production’ occurred. Her view filled with Milly’s massive diaper as her messing quieted slowly, leaving the blond to huff and puff from the exertion.
She threw herself back, landing into the filled padding beneath her, treating it much like the beanbag chair that the others had likened the diaper to
before. There wasn’t much movement as the weight of her own stinking filth held Milly firmly rooted, but she’d managed to go back far enough to bring her body, and some of the bulk of her padding, onto the chair behind her, crushing it beneath her.
Milly turned her flushed face to Kallen, ready to answer the question she’d asked several minutes ago. “You don’t have a choice. Obviously you noticed your high chairs, those are going to make sure you stay in place. Even if you could escape from them, Mommy Shirley would be there to help you right back. Plus I promise the outfits don’t come off, my dice make sure of that.”
Nina’s interest was piqued by this and she broke her shy silence to speak up. “Mommy Shir—Wait, your dice? How could dice do this?” she asked.
“Somebody gave me some very special dice,” Milly explained, holding up a deep green twenty-sided die that had illuminated teal veins running through it, “these make you experience the same things as your characters and they tie your fate directly to them. The only way to get out of your high chairs and away from this table is to play my game and beat it.”
She said it so nonchalantly that Nina, Kallen, and Lelouch almost didn’t react. Shirley, still off to Lelouch’s side, didn’t react at all, content to just smile at the four diapered cuties around her and take in the whole scene for herself. Aside from her the other three of them sat in high chairs, matching their seating to the babyish outfits they wore.
Lelouch had on an adorable little white blouse and skirt and Shirley was sure that underneath that existed some form of padding or another. Red triangles formed circles around parts of his dress and she found herself reminded of a healer from some old video game. She was sure that the character she was thinking of had never had a pacifier clipped to the front of their robe though.
Kallen too looked adorable in her rubbery witch outfit with its little black cat motifs and ruffles. Her skirt was far too short to cover the rubber-covered padding around her waist that struggled to break out of the confines of her chair. The mass of the diaper oozed through every nook and cranny with a significant part of the bulk spilling out the back of her seat.
Nina looked to be the most uncomfortable of the other three babied players having to sit in armor that was too big for her. Her hair fell upon broad pauldrons as she struggled to lift her chin away from the cuirass she sank into. From the opening in her high chair, Shirley could spot the untouched white of a diaper where a chausses should be.
Shirley herself had felt the changes she’d undergone. Her leather bikini top hefted and held the new sloshing heft of her chest. The soft fur of her apron cradled the front of her mostly exposed body and the bottoms of her outfit were similarly leather and constraining.
Strangely she seemed to be less bothered by the changes than everybody else. It wasn’t just because she was the only one un-diapered either–something about this felt right. Shirley had an urge to care for the helpless little ones gathered around the table, especially the pamper packer stewing in her own filth at the head.
Kallen dropped her head in her mitted hands, obviously having a difficult time accepting the bizarre nature of the situation. “We jutht have to play and win right?” she asked.
Milly nodded from her reclined position in her diaper, moaning as she shifted in the gunk. “Yep! It’s as simple as that, beat my game and you go free.”
The redhead looked to her fellow friends, staring at Shirley for a second longer when she realized her outfit was different from the rest. “It lookth like we don’t have a choithe, tho let’th jutht play and get it over with.”
Lelouch and Nina nodded, straightening themselves and getting ready, paying closer attention to their sheets now. Shirley smiled and leaned forward to pick up her character sheet as well. “I’m sure it’ll be really fun!” she said, projecting all the enthusiasm of a mom trying to get fussy children on board with something she knew they’d hate.
Milly nodded. “Thank you mommy. I assure you it will be fun but you better hope you roll well because any effects you incur in-session are permanent!
These words rang harshly in the three diapered player's ears, they weren’t sure what to make of such a statement in terms of whether or not it was actually true. They each opened their mouths to object, to restart the argument that this was all wrong, but were quickly interrupted by Milly starting the game.
The Call of Adventure!
“You walk through the woods on a sunny day, all around you there’s the scurrying of animals. Three of you have been released from the town’s local nursery as ‘little adventurers’ sent on your first quest with the help of your chaperone, Mombarian Shirley.”
Milly gestured to Shirley and continued.
“The task the local guild has given you is simple,” she explained, “all you have to do is make a two day trip through the woods to the nearby temple of Bahamut where the resident priest has detected a fiendish presence during his recent return from a visit to a town near the temple. He simply wants you to go and clear it out, a job suitable for a party of young adventurers such as yourselves. Now would you all like to introduce your new characters?” Milly asked the question and pointed first to Nina, indicating that she was first up to explain her character.
The shy girl shuffled in her armor, pulling the character sheet up into her line of sight to read the information on it. “I’m ‘The Piddling Paladin of Bahamut, Nina.’” she read aloud, her expression going sour quickly. “That’s not fair Milly,” she complained, her voice pitching up to a whining tenor, “you don’t even give me a chance to be brave like a paladin!”
Milly shrugged at this and signaled for her to keep reading. “‘I’m a big crybaby who whines when she doesn’t get her way!?’ I am not! I am not!” Already it was becoming apparent that the background tags for Nina’s character were coming into full effect, making her act bratty at the simplest inconvenience.
The small girl in overly bulky armor continued to complain but the blonde leading the game ignored her and moved her attention to Kallen.
The redhead huffed and grabbed her sheet. “‘I’m Kallen, the faithful warlock of Diapmoerrouth,’' she said, “‘I took an oath to a powerful elder god who granted me magic beyond compare, but now I poop my pantth due to the immenthity of hith magic.’”
“I really don’t like the sound of that,” Kallen thought to herself, “It seems like I might be in trouble for just using my most basic class features.”
Since she was finished with her introduction Kallen moved to set her sheet down only to be halted by Milly speaking, “Ah~Ah~Ah, I believe you missed an important character trait.”
Kallen took another look at her character description, grimacing when she saw there really were a few more lines under the first. “‘Friend and foe thould both look out, for my dedicathion to deepening my faith meanth my attention to inthignificant detailth ith thlacking. Be cautiouth around me when I’m moving about, you’ll find out before I do when I’ve thtarted packing.’”
Kallen visibly sighed in relief after finishing reading, relieved from her worries, at least for the moment. “So I’ve got a scatterbrained passive? Well, it could be worse I suppose. At least it’s not another ridiculous diaper fetish trait.”
Unfortunately for Kallen, if she’d been paying attention she might have noticed Milly smirking knowingly. It was as if the blonde knew exactly what Kallen was thinking. “I could tell her, but… where’s the fun in that?”
Milly looked to Lelouch next who seemed preoccupied with something under his skirt. The others had yet to notice the faint buzzing emanating from his waist and the fact that his cheeks had remained perpetually red ever since Milly had started speaking.
There was a faint vibration located on his sensitive member and it originated from a strange ovular-shaped thing that had appeared in his diaper suddenly. Now he felt unable to focus, like it was stealing precious brainpower away from any strategic ideas he had.
Shirley touched his back gently, causing him to jump uncomfortably. “Lulu,” she said, rubbing in gentle semi-circles, “It’s your turn to introduce yourself.”
Lelouch shook his thoughts free and looked at his sheet, reading the little introduction that Milly had written for him. “‘I’m Lulu the... Carnal Cleric? I have trouble keeping my naughty little hands to myself and my magic tends to be equally lewd. I’m happy to heal the party, but beware that it might lead to more?’ Oh come on Milly, you can’t be serious.”
“As serious as I am about that little buzzing in your pants.” she retorted.
Lelouch shrank at the words, accepting his role and hoping that he wouldn’t need to use his abilities too much. There was a growing worry that the vibrator in his pull-up was just the start.
“Shirley? You’re up next.” Milly said.
The orange-haired girl stood for her introduction, being the only one who could, and struck a pose, getting into her role more than all the others. “‘I’m Mommy Shirley! I’m here to make sure you three stay in line so we can complete our quest. I’m tender and sweet to my wittle ones and will crush anybody who dares mess with them. Don’t you worry if you ever go down ‘cause Mommy will ‘nurse’ you back to health.”
In case her statement was too subtle, Shirley grabbed her new bosom, accentuating her statement by moving them in circular motions and looking at each of the other players with a lick of her lips.
Lelouch caught this and found himself deeply disquieted by it. Such a display would normally be far too lewd for Shirley but now she was boisterously baring her breasts at them. This signified to him that it wasn’t just physical changes they were experiencing. “This can affect our minds too!” he thought. If what Milly said earlier was true that whatever was going on had permanent mental effects, he felt the importance for careful strategy and speed.
That was always something that’d bothered Lelouch about this game: being forced to act on the whims of luck. He could make the most intelligent decisions for his character only to botch a dice roll and fail because of it.
He only wanted to play for strategy so being bogged down with the roleplay aspects felt generally pointless. There wasn’t an art to it after all, not like the finer points of combat.
Milly began narrating their journey after the party’s equipment was inspected. “You all set out for the temple, expectations high for your first quest and nervousness to match. Only Shirley, the chaperone remains calm, her attention focused more on her charges than their surroundings. Despite your toddling gaits and a few harmless animal encounters, you all make excellent progress toward the temple on the first day.”
The party arrives at their planned camping spot with time to spare before the sun sets, leaving them ample time to distribute the roles for setting up camp and getting to work.
Milly stopped for a moment, catching her breath before continuing, excited for what she had planned. “It’s decided that Paladin Nina will be in charge of setting up the tents, Cleric Lelouch will be starting the campfire and unpacking the cooking equipment, Warlock Kallen will be fetching water from the nearby creek and gathering firewood, and lastly Mommy Shirley is going to be scouting the surrounding area to make sure her charges aren’t in any danger while they work diligently.”
Relieved that the first part of the journey had been made without incident or any further changes to their characters, and in turn themselves, the players each rolled to calculate their success at accomplishing their roles. Everyone rolled high on their dice, completing their tasks without any setback, until eventually Kallen’s turn came about.
“Fetching water from the nearby creek is a strenuous task for your class,” Milly explained, “so you’ll have to make a strength save. Your class’s hidden passive debuff comes into play as well.” Kallen resigned herself to dealing with her scatterbrain passive, hoping it wouldn’t make too much difference, picking up her dice and tossing it before reporting her roll with confidence.
“18.”
Milly was glad that Kallen hadn’t rolled a perfect 20, since that would have meant she wouldn’t have gotten the fun she wanted from Kallen.
The blonde moved Kallen’s character figure, tilting it over for a few seconds before setting it upright again while narrating, “You bend over to dip the empty bucket into the creek, crouching down and tensing up before hefting the filled bucket with both hands, making your way back to camp.”
Moving to retrieve her dice, Kallen found them to be unexpectedly, like they suddenly weighed 40 pounds more. Not so heavy that she couldn’t pick them up, but it forced her to strain for a second before the weight suddenly disappeared, letting her hold them like normal. “Strange…” she thought, before focusing on preparing to roll for the dex save she knew was coming up when she went to get firewood.
*PRLLOOOoorrrp* *bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrt*
Unbeknownst to Kallen, Nina, who was beside her, was startled by a soft explosion of sound from the redhead’s direction, looking over only to watch in disbelief as the back of Kallen’s diaper, which already had a noticeably sizeable bulge, stretched further outward slightly to accommodate another dollop of mush. Judging by the size of the mess, it must have started around the time when Milly was speaking, maybe even before when she was moving the figurine.
After waiting a few more seconds and seeing that the small accident–small in comparison to Milly’s earlier ”accident” anyways–had apparently stopped Nina was about to tell Kallen what happened since it didn’t seem like she was aware.
However, Milly quickly spoke over Nina, quieting the shy girl with a sharp glance before moving on to Kallen’s dex roll. Milly was giddy, barely keeping her composure knowing that Kallen was left none the wiser about the mess stewing under her and the disaster brewing inside her.
“There are many good firewood sticks around the camp which will require good coordination to go around picking up. Please roll your dex save.”
Kallen threw down her dice, disappointed to see what she got this time around.
“7.”
“You bend over to pick up the sticks but are having too much trouble keeping your balance while concentrating on the task so you end up having to squat down close to the ground and pushing yourself back to your feet repeatedly to get the job done.”
Nina could only watch as Milly moved Kallen’s figurine, repeating the action of picking up sticks over and over and over again, each time Kallen feeling a smidgen of discomfort that quickly disappeared only to repeat. Seeing as she couldn’t place the sensation, Kallen promptly ignored it, preferring to think about the upcoming next day of their adventure.
Wave after wave of hot mush burbling out alongside a cacophony of squeaks and squishes, setting into the seat of her diaper outside of her perception, her combat-trained body betraying her a way she never would have imagined possible.
“If only Kallen realized what kind of disaster was unfolding under her. I wonder if she would be revolted to know what she was doing in front of others. In fact, it was a wonder how she hasn’t heard the gross crackling and squelching sounds emanating from within her diaper by now.” thought Milly. “Just goes to show how powerful these dice are.”
“All tasks completed, the party begins settling in for the night, but Mommy Shirley does a perception check to see if any babies have had an accident.”
Shirley happily obliged, tossing her dice and rolling a 20, making sure no accident went unnoticed. Getting up from her chair, she began circling the table, reaching down and thoroughly checking the crotch and bottom of her party members while giving them encouragement and telling them “How proud she was of them.” Although humiliating, everyone was relieved that at least she wouldn’t find a dirty, mush-filled nappy on them. The only one worried was Nina, dreading Kallen’s incoming check.
As Shirley finally approached her, Kallen complained exasperatedly. “Thith ith a wathte of time! Jutht get on with it and let’th move on.” Shirley’s enthusiasm for checking her only got stronger after hearing Kallen’s complaint, sniffing and wrinkling her nose before grinning, excitedly exclaiming, “Looks like someone had an accident. It’s alright though, that’s what your diapey is for!”
Kallen couldn’t believe what she was hearing: Shirley actually thought she’d had an accident!? Enraged, she grabbed Shirley’s hand and pulled it down to her rear to prove how ridiculous that accusation was only to hear an audible squish, freezing her in place as she processed what just happened. Only now did the stink of her accident register in her nose, further confirming the truth and making her groan in embarrassment
Lelouch and Nina could only watch with secondhand embarrassment as Kallen came to her senses, desperately seeking an explanation from Milly. “How?! Thinthe when?”
Milly’s response was a patronizing “Didn’t you know about the Pottypants passive? Didn’t you read about it yourself earlier? What was it again? ‘Be cautiouth around me when I’m moving about, you’ll find out before I do when I’ve thtarted packing.’? It’s not my fault you misunderstood the character description.”
Kallen had given up caring by now, resigning herself to being a pottypants for the duration of this horrid adventure. Imagining having to pilot her Knightmare Frame during high-intensity combat with this condition filled her with dread. She’d just… have to be careful not to strain herself again…
“The camp is set up with little difficulty and no enemies were found by the scout, making this a peaceful night, leaving everyone full of energy for the upcoming day.”
“The party swiftly breaks camp and sets out at the crack of dawn, continuing their quest with light steps and one full diaper.” Milly snickered at the last part while Kallen cringed in embarrassment, already unable to feel and smell her accident again, meaning she really won’t know until it’s far too late when she’s added another load into her messy padding.
“Splendid,” Milly said, continuing the narration of the scene, “As your party walks (or rather toddles) through the woods, birds chirp around you and sun streams through the trees until suddenly everything around you goes quiet.”
There was a brief pause as Milly did something behind her screen, shaking a dice in her hand while looking down at something. *CLLLTTTTERRR CLLTTT* There was a powerful clattering as the dice hit the table. Everybody held their breath as she correlated the number to a figure on an unseen table.
She looked up seriously and swept her gaze across the table, “You may all roll a perception check.”
Kallen, Nina, and Lelouch clambered to grab their dice, quickly rolling to perceive whatever may be coming their character's way. Milly and Shirley chuckled in unison at them, watching their friends all struggle slightly to move in their high chair confinement.
Dice struck wooden trays as each announced their numbers and then added their skill modifiers.
“14,”
“12,”
“22,”
“6,”
Milly collected the scores and wrote something down. “Alright it looks like only Shirley perceives the threat in the bushes: the rest of you are caught in a surprise round, Roll initiative!” she said.
Another roll, another set of numbers with Milly scribbling something down on her sheet. Unfortunately for them, Shirley had rolled low which meant that even though she’d seen the fiends coming she was still to go after most of them in the initiative order.
The DM (Diaper Messer) brought herself forward, dragging her massive diaper behind her as she laboriously reached over her screen to the battle mat, attempting to move everyone’s miniatures so that they all had a good view of their characters. The weight of her padding kept her firmly in place and she could just barely reach the edge of the board.
Shirley stood and took the minis from Milly, reaching over the screen. “Let me help you,” she said, her voice tinted with the sweetness of an adult speaking to a child in need of help, “Where do you want these to go, sweetie?”
Milly smiled and thanked her helpful player, directing placement and marking terrain with a dry erase pen. After several minutes the battlefield was fully revealed and the combat began.
Kallen noticed immediately that the party had been placed in a tricky situation, occupying a lower ground position with the hoard of four or so goblin’s surrounding them.
“The first two are going to attack Lulu and Kallen,” Milly said, rattling dice as she spoke. “Does an 18 hit your AC?” she asked.
With the two of them being squishy casters, Milly knew that of course it did but she wanted to hear it from those two.
“Yeth that hitth," Kallen said.
Lelouch looked defeated already, taking in the state of the battlefield and the assured loss to his own HP. “I’m hit too.” he sighed.
“Okay, Milly replied. “You each take seven damage.”
It was a decent blow to the both of them: they weren’t level one, but even at their low level a seven-point loss was nothing to scoff at.
“Next is the goblin mage, and he’s going to target Nina with a spell.”
“Why me!?” she whined, “I haven’t even gotten to do anything.”
“You’re all tanky,” Milly explained, “you look dangerous to the goblins. Roll a wisdom save.”
Nina furiously shook the dice, her armor clattering around her as she shook and dropped the d20 on the tray only for her face to go stark white. “I-It’s a 1.” she said.
“Well that’s not enough,” Milly said, smiling wickedly, “you are hit by his spell: Hero’s Forced Feast! As you stand there, dumbfounded in your too big armor the goblin does a little dance and summons food from mid-air. Something in your mind tells you to open your mouth for the gift of this meal. It flies into your mouth and you are forced to swallow by the magic compulsion.”
Kallen looked up confused at that. “That’th not a normal thpell, Milly what the hell?” she said. Her voice seemed a little less like herself, it had a certain know it all quality to it.
Nina looked indignant as well and moved to speak but before she could a pulse of unseen energy echoed out from the center of the table, shifting the plastic miniatures slightly. From the epicenter a piece of cooked beef flew up and into Nina’s open mouth.
This shocked everyone at the table except Milly, with even Shirley taken aback despite her highly accepting state. Lelouch, who had seen amazing things because of his geass, could not believe his eyes now. To see what became a constant stream of food flow through the air and into the small, meek girl’s mouth as her eyes looked around wide with panic was simply too much.
Kallen slammed her mitted fist on the high chair tray, “Thtop it Milly!” she yelled, trying to block the just out-of-reach food.
“I can’t,” she said with a smug expression, “it’s the spell.”
As she said that the food stopped, leaving Nina sitting in her seat to groan. Small bits of wetness and food covered the edges of her mouth and she was trying to clutch her stomach through the armor.
Lelouch eyed her worriedly when he noticed something. “Did Nina grow a little?” he wondered, “No wait, the armor shrank!”
Indeed the plate mail around Nina actually looked like it fit her a little better.
“Okay with that spell you now have the ‘stuffed’ status, your movement is halved and you have a disadvantage on attacks until you empty your stomach.” Milly looked over her sheet and then turned to Shirley. “Two of the goblins are going to attack you now.”
She hadn’t rolled well enough for the goblins to hit Shirley and finally, it came to be her turn.
“Good first I go into a rage and I’m going to attack the goblin who hit Lulu. nobody hits my babies and gets away with it!” She declared, standing dramatically, “I rolled an eighteen to hit, does it work?”
"Oh yeah,” Milly confirmed.
“Okay I rolled max damage, with rage and my bonus that comes to nineteen damage!”
“You wipe out the first goblin with your great-axe and cleave through to the second one, dealing the remaining damage to the one that hurt Kallen.” Milly described the hit with sweeping hand gestures, making it as theatrical as possible for her group.
With that, they were back at the top of the initiative which meant that the others could finally make their moves.
“Lulu,” Milly said, “It’s your turn.”
Lelouch looked hard at the battle mat, taking in everything that had just happened and considering his next move carefully. He’d seen now that the magic used in-game had an effect on the real world so he needed to be cautious with it. He tried hard to think of a sweeping move that would benefit everybody but at his low level there wasn’t a ton he could do. His thoughts were also thoroughly distracted by the vibrations dancing through his sensitive pelvic region.
It was nonstop and while not enough to bring him anywhere near an explosive release, a constant itch that wouldn’t cease its assault on his senses proved to be so much worse. Who knows what happens if we die in this twisted game. I’d better make sure that doesn’t happen, so I’ll heal Kallen and then myself.”
A quick look at his spell sheet showed that the regular Cure Wounds wasn’t there, but instead something called healing hands. “I cast healing hands?” he said, a slight uncertainty in his voice at what it might do.
Milly instructed him on the roll and Kallen received back her seven hit points. They thought that might be the end of it but it quickly became apparent that there would be no such ease. Once again the table pulsed with magic and two spectral hands floated up from the center of the map.
It was a sight to see as the hands floated towards Kallen, drifting down towards the crotch of her diaper. She struggled against her seat, looking to escape the enchantment approaching her. As the hands moved, Lelouch felt his hands move in the exact same way the magic ones did, except towards his own padding.
The dark-haired cleric’s fingers dug into his own pull-up, clutching his sensitive bits through the thin padding and intensifying the vibrations by bringing them tightly around his member.
This transferred that same feeling to Kallen, who now had a light buzzing running through her own padding, along with the pressure applied to sensitive erogenous zones. Involuntarily she let out a moan, overtaken by a sudden horniness that sent shivers through her body.
This went on for several minutes, creating a rising tension between the two who began panting in unison while the others around them watched, becoming flustered in their own right by the intimacy of the shared arousal between the two of them.
It all stopped as suddenly as it began, leaving the two of them wordless and breathing heavily. Even though the forced actions had stopped Lelouch left his hands in place for several moments, debating on whether or not to continue them himself and chase the feeling casting that spell had gifted him.
Milly, having enjoyed the show for herself, was bucking slightly in her own diaper, riding the wave of pleasure provided by the warmth of her accident. “Well, good move Lulu, I’m pretty sure it’s Kallen’s turn now. Do you think you can pull yourself together and make a move?” she asked.
“Of courthe,” Kallen retorted, I’m going to catht eldritth blatht on the goblin Thirley hit!”
She rolled the damage and found it enough to destroy the enemy outright, leaving only the mage left and one other nuisance left.
As her damage dice hit the wooden tray Kallen felt her stomach rumble, a strange cramp causing her abdomen to contract. “Wha?” She exclaimed, “What’th happening?”
Milly cracked a wider smile at her and explained. “That’s the pact with your Patron! Whenever you use your warlock magic you get closer and closer to filling your pants. If you want to resist you’ll have to make a con save.”
“I don’t want to fill my pantth, not a bit!” Kallen cried, clutching her stomach and shaking the dice in her mitt. She tossed it to the tray and looked dismayed, feeling herself losing the battle to control herself.
“What did you roll Kallen?” Milly asked with a smug smile.
“It’th a nine…” she said nervously.
“Ooh, sorry but that’s not enough to keep you from your patron’s punishment.”’
“Punithment?” Kallen asked curiously, feeling a growing worry spread through her.
She felt a drop in her stomach, like a weight she’d been holding up subconsciously in her mind was abruptly let free. This pressured weight plunged through her in a free fall, suddenly hitting her lower abdomen. It caused her to cringe as a slow rumbling of flatulence pushed into her messy padding.
She grabbed at the bottle by her side, taking a hearty swig from the nipple and sucking in the acidic flavor of its contents. The others around her clocked that this had seemingly appeared out of nowhere and that Kallen thought nothing of the stocky liter-sized bottle labeled ‘Baby Dew’.
“Wait,” Kallen said, looking at a specific box on her sheet. “Thith thay’th I can reroll one thave per day, I wanna do that!”
Milly raised an eyebrow and smiled, looking Kallen over excitedly. “Are you sure?” she asked, “If you fail this time the negative effects are doubled.”
Kallen weighed her options briefly, if she was right and she succeeded she wouldn’t be compelled to fill her diaper. It was already filled more than she wanted to admit. However, the aggressive feeling pressing against her insides was sitting at the lowest point in her body and she was likely seconds away from messing herself.
“YETH!” she yelled and cast her die, watching it clatter on her high chair’s platter.
It landed with the dreaded 1 and Kallen, with the bottle just inches away from her lips, gasped.
“Oh thhit.” she said.
Underneath her, the rumble of flatulence into her diaper and the grumbling of an upset stomach pushed into overdrive were no longer separate, mutually exclusive sounds. It all arose in a cacophony beneath her with the noises peaking at a loud release as she pushed into the back of her pants.
*FLLLLLLOOOOORRPPPP*
Kallen groaned, the sensations of her body voiding such an incredible amount of waste paired with the heat piling up behind her backside confusing her senses. And here she thought her unaware mess earlier was a lot! On one hand yes it was gross and her adult brain raged against the idea that she was messing herself uncontrollably and without reservation at the table. On the other, the relief of such a moment felt very nice both in her stomach and in some other primal part of her brain she couldn't explain. No matter what stream of consciousness Kallen followed though, she was helpless and had no way of stopping it as the others watched on.
They watched as Kallen lifted herself from the high chair’s hard wooden seat, shifting her massive padding to give the mush still leaving her body somewhere to travel.
The back of the high chair itself consisted of two wooden posts holding up the seatback. Kallen’s rapidly filling diaper swelled and pushed against this opening, but its bulk was slightly too large to slip through. That was, until she bore down and pushed harder, submitting to the will that told her brain to let go.
The nappy around her waist crinkled loudly as it exploded in size, nearly doubling due to the deposited mess. The sheer force of Kallen’s hypermessing wasn’t nearly as impressive as Milly’s but it was enough to force the latex-covered diaper through the small opening at the back of her seat.
The rear of her diaper squelched loudly as it passed through the slot, sagging down with the forces of gravity acting upon it. With her padding better distributed she was left enough room to sit again. After what felt like ages her bowels finally felt empty. Curiously, she could have sworn she’d not eaten enough in a week to produce so much, let alone in the last twelve hours.
Kallen sank into the mess below her. As physically fit as she was, the revolutionary breathed heavily from the exertion. While it wouldn't help with possible dehydration Kallen gulped from her freshly refilled bottle of baby dew like it was water.
Nina stared in amazement at the baby next to her: seeing the close up effects on Kallen frightened her, especially with the bulging in her own stomach. That was to say nothing of the bottle she was drinking from, the ‘baby dew’. She’d not seen it appear on Kallen’s table but when she turned her head it’d appeared out of nowhere. She could have sworn Kallen had emptied it once already, but seeing her now she was obviously guzzling from a nearly full bottle.
Milly, content with the show her warlock had just provided, looked at her expectantly. “You’ll need to mark your mess on your character sheet, I’d say that your diaper is about a quarter full so that means your movement speed is halved.” Her face was wicked with satisfaction as she saw every one of her baby player’s mouths fall open, seemingly shocked by the insane detriment that she’d gifted to Kallen.
“That’th not fair!” Kallen complained, seemingly still tired from the forceful voiding.
Milly shrugged, professedly unbothered by the complaint and turned her attention to Nina. “It’s the goblin mage’s turn and he’s going to target you.”
Nina huffed, slapping her hands against the high chair’s platter. “Why are you picking on me President?” she asked, “Can’t he attack someone else?”
“Nope! So sorry,” Milly said rolling a dice, “He’s going to fire a ray of continence enfeeblement at you... It hits. If you want to reduce the effects you’d better roll a constitution save!”
Nina grumbled and picked up her dice, rolling just to see an 18 land face up. “Does a 20, non-natural pass?” she asked.
“Yep!” Milly said excitedly, you’re able to hold back the urge to fill your pants, even after that huuuge meal, but it’s not enough to completely negate the effects and a warm trickle leaves your body, soaking your diaper.”
*HHHIIIIISSSSSSSS*
Milly described the sensations to Nina and in real-time she experienced them herself, a slow hissing rose from her diaper as she peed. Her padding swelled and so too did the emotions within Nina.
A feeling of overwhelming helplessness came over her and the mousy girl's shyness was finally shed away. This whole time she’d complained and groaned but now, with a hot diaper clinging to her groin, she was on the edge of something else, a full-on tantrum.
“Please mark your diaper as two percent full,” Milly ordered.
This sent Nina over the edge and she snapped completely, turning to Milly with welling tears in her eyes. “What was the point of even having me roll!?” she yelled, “I couldn’t completely avoid it and all you did was target me to make me pee my pants and *hic* *hic* it’s not fair!”
Nina was practically bawling, her face red with a mix of anger and distress as she flailed uselessly in the high chair. She yelled and before everyone’s eyes the composition of her outfit changed. The armor around her softened and flattened, becoming softer and conforming more to her body. The shape of her plate mail melted away, reforming into something more akin to a leotard.
Milly moved to speak but was stopped when Shirley raised a hand shushing her and walking over to Nina. She gave the sniffling girl a little hug before turning to her DM.
“It’s my turn right?” she asked seriously.
“Yep, what does mommy Shirley do?”
Without changing her expression the redhead made direct, intense eye contact with Milly. “I swing at the goblin with my axe.”
*Clack* “Natural 20,”
Milly looked at the goblin, with a critical roll Shirley was sure to obliterate the weak caster so she marked it gone. “You did it!” she said cheerfully, looking out at the table, “You survived your first encounter.”
The diapered players all looked thoroughly shaken, now fully realizing the rules and how they pertained to surviving Milly’s campaign. Shirley still cradled a sniffling Nina, assuring her it would be okay and that if Nina wanted, she could take care of that wet diaper for her right now, both in and out of game.
It was Milly who interrupted her this time, bringing up a finger and looking smug. “Actually,” she said, her voice far too bright for everyone else’s liking, “all of your diapers are cursed by the demon in the temple. you have to defeat her to be able to change them!”
Lelouch was the first to test this, attempting to wiggle out of the pull-up around his waist only to find it stuck fast. He couldn’t tear it either. Its thin cloth-like exterior defied all logic, much like everything else he’d seen today.
He sat up straight in his high chair, looking at the rest of the party with determination in his eyes. “We have to keep going,” he said, working hard to maintain verbal composure while his body shivered, “All we have to do is reach the temple. If we do that, we can get out of here before it gets any worse.”
Kallen and Nina nodded in agreement, seemingly understanding his urge to escape. Shirley seemed confused however, she was having fun and liked seeing her diapered dorks play this fun game with her. She opened her mouth but decided against saying anything, thinking instead that maybe Lulu was just getting more and more into the action.
At the head of the table, Milly nodded, ready to continue leading her fellow council members through her fetishy gauntlet. Before she did though, she braced again, feeling the fullness in her stomach return. She pushed, forcing herself up with the sheer force of her own mess which amazingly her diaper contained without issue.
As she finished she clapped her hands together. “Alright! Let’s get going!”
The Hero’s Journey?
The journey through the woods was evidently not a short one and the party was suffering the effects of constant encounters that seemed to occur with astonishing regularity. They’d been worn down by more goblins and bandits and even the occasional low-level devil.
It was becoming slightly maddening for each player as with each encounter they slipped more and more into the roles Milly had assigned to them.
Most of Nina’s heroic paladin armor had deteriorated, showing her for what she truly was, a baby. Only the pauldrons and some small leg armor remained on the slim figure, the rest had become a gold-trimmed royal blue onesie. The metallic patterns on her outfit outlined her diaper perfectly, showing its shape even when covered by the fabric.
And wow had her diaper grown! One encounter with a bandit had caused her character to take a blow to the stomach, sending her tenuous hold on her potty training out the window as she helplessly pushed a log into her own already sopping wet padding.
*BBBRRRAAPPPPP*
It wasn’t to the extreme degree of hypermessing that Kallen and Milly had experienced but as the load coiled beneath her, dragging down the back of her padding, Nina found herself disgusted and whined about it to Milly. “It’s all unfair how you keep targeting me!” became her favorite phrase and more often than not Shirley had to step in and comfort her.
Kallen, determined to play her role, continued to sling warlock spells despite the consequences of her patron’s wrath. Every spell came with a save to keep from loading her pants and yet in every single encounter she failed each one. By now the back of her padding spilled out of the sides and backs of the chair, threatening to reach the floor if her voiding onslaught continued unhindered.
Lelouch also felt compelled to fulfill his role but only because he saw what happened when he didn’t. He dispensed healing to everyone who needed it, keeping his party up vehemently until he himself went down one time.
Milly looked at him gravely when it happened. Telling him to make his first death save. Lelouch failed, drawing another worried look from his DM.
Shirley spoke up suddenly, bouncing to get the attention of the table and turning to the healer next to her. “It’s okay Lulu,” she assured, “I have a special trait that can fix this for you!”
Lelouch turned to look at her and immediately turned back when he noticed that she was pulling down the leather top that contained her newly filled out bosom.
“Sh-Shirley, what are you doing?” he asked nervously.
She shushed him with one finger while embracing his trembling form. She held in one hand a breast with a peaked nipple, a white saccharine bit of milk threatening to drop from it.
Without thinking Lelouch opened his mouth to accept the offering and hollowed his cheeks, taking in the sweet liquid that was Shirley’s breast milk.
“I’d like to use ‘Nurse back to health' on Lulu’s character,” Shirley declared.
Milly sat with her face burning red, pressing her hand into the front of a diaper so full there was never a hope that it could apply any friction. “G-Great.” Milly said, obviously embarrassed by the action. There was a long moment of stunned silence shared by the other two. Nina and Kallen watched on with a curious disgust at the action.
“Why did Shirley so easily accept the change and fall into her role?” Nina wondered.
Kallen watched with a shocked expression as she saw Lelouch close his eyes and accept the feeding completely, falling into a rhythm of sucking and swallowing. He looked to be caught in blissful half-lucidity, his eyes fluttering as the warm liquid filled his stomach.
“Why isn’t he fighting back?” she wondered, “Why do I want that to happen too?” It was a pervasive thought, but she wished for her bottle of acidic soda to be replaced with the warm milk dripping from Shirley. Were she not weighed down by her massive diaper and trapped in the high chair she’d crawl across the table and latch on to the other side.
Feeling the permeating nature of these encroaching thoughts Kallen shook them from her head and turned to Milly breaking the silence. “It’th my turn right?”
Milly had trouble ripping her gaze away from the scene. Her face was still flushed as she looked at Kallen.
“Yep!” she said, “Lulu you’re back up to h-half health. Kallen, what would you like to do?”
The warlock disposed of their attackers with her last spell slot as Lelouch detached from Shirley’s bosom.
He noted immediately that his head felt foggy after the whole experience and his body had fallen so easily into the rhythms of the buzzing in his diaper. He’d lost himself, succumbing to the pleasurable stimulation healing magic in this campaign provided.
He used every spell slot going forward to make sure he kept the party up but this was a two-fold effect. Nobody else had to go through being breastfed by their friend but his ‘naughty’ magic was just as invasive if not more. Every other baby at the table felt the power of the mirage hands rubbing their diapers or massaging their bodies, and the feedback was returned to Lelouch.
The buzzing in his diaper had grown louder, becoming fully audible to the rest of the table. His pull-up had expanded to become a diaper as thick as Kallen’s due to his continued power use and the front was permanently tented by his erection. When it wasn’t his action he’d become a whining writhing mess, totally distracted by an overwhelming urge to release.
His stomach sloshed with Shirley’s milk that had saved him once before, but the strain it now put on his bladder only added to the overwhelming sensations.
Finally, after several hours of degradation, the party arrived at the corrupted temple with Milly gleefully describing a massive stone structure with huge doors waiting for them.
Shirley pushed open the doors, ushering the others inside. Nina and Lelouch went first, their characters still able to walk freely as they hadn’t incurred any terrible diaper penalties unlike Kallen. She’d reached seventy percent usage of her diaper and was stuck with her movement speed quartered as the stretched squelching nappy dragged on the forest floor beneath her, forcing her character to waddle heavily.
“Inside the temple, you are met with a puzzle: a door with several dark shapes impressed into it. On a pedestal next to the door are a few geometric stone shapes.”
Milly was describing a puzzle. Honestly it was as simple as putting the right shapes in the hole, but the three baby players around the table examined and questioned the nature of it carefully. They'd immediately started to overthink it.
When it came time to test their theories they couldn’t even fit the correct shapes in the correct holes, either believing the simplest solution to be some sort of trick or just unable to think clearly through the changes they’d undergone.
It was an insight check from Shirley that noticed this, and she described her character as standing back and watching the whole show. She only decided to intervene when she noticed Nina about to go into another sniveling tantrum again.
She'd apparently stepped in just in time, taking over and putting the shape blocks in exactly the right places.
“Excellent!” Milly said, “The door swings open, revealing a long corridor with braziers every few feet to light the way.”
All four players continued through the temple, checking for traps and proceeding with caution. There were several more puzzles, all as easy as the first, but each one took the party way too long to solve. Shirley had to help them all with each and every one.
It made Milly laugh as she watched her players struggle, not only because they were taking too long but because they were succumbing to the changes her strange enchanted dice placed on them.
“You finally reach the inner hall of the temple,” Milly said setting the scene as the party pushed through the final stone barrier, “the room itself glows with a demonic purple light. The tabards on the wall have been clawed to shreds. Floating above the stone dais at the head of the hall is a figure with bat-like wings. Her horns curve out from long brown hair and she looks at you with blazing red eyes. You’ve found this temple’s corruptor–Malcanthet, Queen of the Succubi!”
The players at the table gasped, with Nina, Shirley, and Lelouch readying their character sheets. Kallen however squinted at Milly, obviously unhappy with the reveal.
“That’th a Thee Are (CR) 28 monster, we’re all level five. We can’t fight that!”
Milly handwaved Kallen’s concern and looked out to the table. “It’ll be fine!” she said, ``Just roll initiative!”
Dice clattered down onto the table, and order was taken. Malcanthet had the first move.
“The succubus queen starts by using mass charm!" Milly said, "Everybody, roll a Wisdom check to make sure you don’t fall under her thrall.”
“I got a 26” said Kallen
“25” Nina said.
“16” Shirley called
“6” said Lelouch sadly.
“Milly took in the numbers. “Okay Kallen and Nina you just barely pass, that means Shirley and Lelouch you are charmed and subject to Malcanthet’s will. The succubus points a long finger at you Lulu and issues a command that sounds like whispering wind in your ears. ‘cum for your new mistress.’”
For the first time during this entire game Lelouch felt his body tense, the mounting pleasure he’d been forced to feel finally reaching that peak as he spasmed, spraying his padding with sticky relief.
“Kallen it’s your turn.” Milly said.
“I catht Eldrith Blatht!” she called, “Thixteen damage.”
“And Nina? What do you do?”
Nina huffed and rolled her dice. “I’m going to attack with my scimitar and use a d-divine smite!” she called, obviously getting into the combat a little too much. “23!" she said excitedly.
“It hits,” Milly said.
Now a smile spread across Nina’s face and she rolled her damage. “1d6 plus divine smite at a second level slot so 3d8 plus she’s a fiend so an extra 1d8. That’s twenty-two damage!”
“Oh good roll,” Milly said, semi-impressed by the remarkable move. However, she knew that the combined thirty-eight damage the pair had just done was barely a drop in the bucket to the massive 337 health pool this enemy boasted.
“Okay,” Milly said, back on top of the initiative, “it looks like it’s Malcanthet’s turn, with Lulu and Shirley charmed still and she’s going to attack Nina. She gets to attack four times a round, so…”
Milly calculated all the hits and damage, and it ended up being a slaughter with Nina going down in the first two strikes while the remaining two were used to wipe out her death-saving throws.
The timid paladin started bawling after the first attack on her downed form but on the second her eyes went blank and she let out a slight stream of drool. She babbled lightly as she looked around her high chair, picking up the plastic dice and dropping them.
Lelouch, Shirley, and Kallen all looked at their friend in surprise and then turned to Milly who explained back at them gravely. “If you go down in this game and your character dies, you have to make a new character in real life too. That means starting from square one–Nina’s no more than a baby-brained blank slate now.”
As if to prove a point the green-haired girl’s face scrunched and a loud sound emanated from her backside as she pushed a load into her pants, no longer able to hold back her urges.
This terrified Kallen who was the only one still able to face the powerful enemy.
Milly gestured for Shirley and Lelouch to make Will saves to break the charm spell on them. They both failed.
Kallen took her turn, feeling the pit of her stomach drop from fear. She used her final spell slot in a desperate hail mary. “I catht fireball.” she said gravely.
Milly cracked a smile before asking quickly, “Are you su—”
“Yeth!” Kallen shouted, interrupting the reminder warning that Lelouch was right there in the line of fire.
“Okay,” Milly said, “roll damage.”
Kallen grabbed her 8d6 and shook the cubes in between her mitted hands. The dice clattered down and she totaled her damage. “33!” she declared.
Milly looked at her with a sort of pity for her foolishness. “Your fireball lands, with the succubus queen’s dex save and her resistance she’s only going to take a quarter of that damage, meanwhile Lulu, who’s next to her, is going to take all of it.”
Kallen and Lelouch’s faces fell, showing the shock of their failure.
“I can’t make a dex save!?” he asked.
“Not charmed like you are,” Milly said, “What does that put you at health wise?”
Lelouch looked down at his sheet, frowning deeply. Because of a previous encounter, his Hp had dropped to 0 so he too was unconscious. Luckily it was his turn which meant he at least had the opportunity to roll his death save. The dice showed an 18 meaning he at least had one success.
Milly turned her attention back to Kallen. “Okay, and now Malcanthet is going to use two legendary actions to close the gap on you, Miss Warlock, and use a draining kiss. Please make a Con check!”
Kallen shook her dice in a panic, Shirley was out of it in-game and all the while she’d sat fuming Lelouch was down, and unless he was healed he’d take the same route as Nina, mindlessly babbling in filled pants.
The d20 landed with another dreaded 1 landing face up.
“It’th a fail” Kallen said, feeling her face fall.
Milly looked at her with mock pity, shaking a plethora of dice, more than any level 5 hero should have to deal with.
They clattered behind the screen and Milly hissed through her teeth, calculating the massive damage. That’s 98 points of psychic damage. I don’t believe you’re just downed,” Milly said, “that’s double your total health. It seems your warlock is dead.”
Kallen gasped and moved to object but she didn’t get the chance. A rumbling in her stomach took her attention, then her ability to reason. She moved her mouth to speak but no words could come out, only basic consonants followed by a single vowel. “Ma ga buh lo” Kallen said, rejecting the ideas that started slipping through her brain.
*BBBRRRAAPPPP*
It was a complete drain as she lost all of her faculties, pushing them one by one into her already very full diaper. This left her to become the blank slate for whatever she’d re-grow up to be.
All that was left was Lelouch. He’d gone down and it was the demon queen’s turn once again. Two attack rolls swiftly left the poor cleric the same as his babyish compatriots, blank and empty. He smiled as the front of his diaper swelled, soaking up the accident created by him finally letting out the breast milk Shirley had fed him. There were several moments of a quiet room filled only with the sound of Lelouch’s brilliant mind being piddled away into his padding.
*HHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS*
Malcanthet had only one last target and as long as she never attacked Shirley, the only truly effective party member would remain under the guise of the mass charm spell. That was Milly’s intention, as she wanted to keep Shirley stuck so that she could have Malcanthet the Succubus Queen escape. This left a room full of baby-brained inhabitants and one Mombarian who'd failed where her party should have succeeded.
“Shirley, you find yourself in an empty room having woken up from the trance the succubus queen placed on you, your party is gone and so is she.”
The redhead looked vaguely uncomfortable and looked at the table to the three players still in their high chairs, each sitting in their full diapers and staring blankly.
“Is there anything around me to help?” she asked, causing Milly to smile.
“Yes,” the blond said, “there’s a golden scroll sitting on the dais in front of you, upon examination there’s a simple spell on it. It’s a scroll of wish.”
Shirley perked up, practically bouncing in her seat. “I want to use it!” she said, “I wish that my babies were back and we could keep playing forever and I could take care of them always!”
Even Milly hadn’t suspected her friend would say that, and tried to think of a satisfactory description to fit the mood. Before she could however, the table lit up again with magical energy, causing the remaining two to cover their eyes. When it died down Kallen, Nina, and Lelouch were all sitting there blinking, seemingly having regained their senses
Shirley looked at them all and asked out loud, “Are you okay little ones?”
Kallen was the first to speak up, rubbing her eyes. “Yeth,” she said, “But now I’m mad, that thuccubuth took uth all out! We have to get her!”
Lelouch nodded next to Shirley, “Yeah, it’s the only way mommy is going to be able to change us and it looks like we could all use one.”
Nina across the table sniffled. “I-I went poopie, my diapey is full.”
Milly watched her reborn players with excitement, seeing that they’d fully succumbed to the changes in their characters after draining away their previous personalities. It wasn’t exactly her original plan, but she had wanted to make some new playmates for herself in the long run and honestly, she doubted this could have gone better for her.
She started resetting the scene so that the group could continue the chase for the succubus queen.
In the shadows outside the council room, a short figure with long blonde hair stood chuckling. “To use the Sword of Akasha for something so foolish as enchanting a set of dice. But my brother was right, it did take care of his rebellious son and his troublesome friends better than we ever could have. They’ll be filling diapers for the rest of their lives.”
